It's an adorable home, but desparetly needs a good cleaning inside. Pool area and decks were great. Nice decorations but too many personal items.

Overall the Lily Pad was great. The beach cart was greatly appreciated. The pool and Tiki bar a plus. We had a great time getting all of our family together for a week on the beach!Resort Realty made the visit painless and we were able to get in on time!

Great time!
The refrig could have been a bit colder and the bottom drawer was broken so hard to use. There was a broken tile in the kitchen that needs to be fixed. We covered it with the rug but someone could get hurt.
The amenities were nice and the house offered many neat features. We loved our time in Coralla and enjoyed spending time at the beach and pool! -

The house was perfect for a family with young children. There were toys, games, bunkbeds, even videos for them to watch. However, when there was no hot water at the place, Resort Realty was less than helpful in fixing the problem. I would recommend this home, but I would not recommend booking a vacation with RR.

My family and I have stayed at the Lily Pad many times over the years. It was the very first house we stayed at in Corolla and has become our very favorite. We have tried other houses, but always return to The Lily Pad because we feel at home there.

We love the Lilly Pad! It's very warm and inviting and a wonderful location! We also love the privacy of it. It's well located to the beach and amenities. We are very sad that we were unable to return this year, but we will be back next year for sure! The only complaint that we had was that the condition of the property seemed to decline over the few years we stayed there. We did inform the rental company of that so hopefully the items we mentioned were seen to. But we will definitely be back!
