the house was very clean and loved the floor plan. The house is located in the ideal location right next to the lake and very close to the beach. It is a very kid friendly home and cant wait to go back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at OBX.Calm! It was plenty spacious for our family of 7. My husband and I had the top floor to ourselves and the kids fit nicely on the middle level. Downstairs was a nice option if we wanted the kids to go watch a movie and we wanted to nap. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the community pool was fabulous, nice and clean!! It seemed that everything we needed was either there at the house, or we brought with us. The town was great and the off-season made it even more relaxed and peaceful! We would love to go back!

With two complete master bedrooms and two den areas, we had room to be together as well as room to have some privacy. The house is well equipped, from its kitchen, to its baby equipment, to its stash of beach toys. Our grandson enjoyed the play area, and the family enjoyed the hot tub. The walk to the beach is not prohibitively long, and the community pool is a short walk away. We loved the adjacent lake with its wildlife, as did our dog. It was a perfect stay!

Carpet was filthy, floors had dirt and hair everywhere, stairway railings were black with dirt, air conditioning vents were caked with dirty lint. Had to get house cleaned again on first day of stay and carpet cleaned on second day of stay.
