Outer Banks Blue answered all questions and were very helpful in every aspect of renting our home. Everyone was patient and polite. Our home was spacious and great for a large family. Our walk to the beach only took minutes. Our beach was awesome and everyone had a wonderful week of fun in the sun! It was great to come back have lunch, put the little ones in for a nap and then enjoy the very nice, clean pool! We loved all the king sized beds, spacious family room and pool! The kitchen is a bit small but needless to say we didn't spend much time in there!

House was just perfect for 20 of us, 4 king size beds, 1 queen, and 3 rooms with bunks, all with their own bathrooms! Great room was perfect for all of us to visit! Just a short walk to the beach! The only thing that I would change would be another frig in the kitchen!
Everything was clean and well taken care of! Thanks for a great week!

Oceans 10 is a beautiful home! We loved the proximity to the beach! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We would return without hesitation!

Our family stayed in this home the week of Thanksgiving.
This home is very spacious and the furniture was nice. We had atleast 20 people over for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone stated they loved this home. -

Oceans 10 is a beautiful home, reasonably priced and the proximity to the beach can't be beat! However, all the beds in the house were very uncomfortable. Most of the patio furniture was broken so you couldn't enjoy sitting outside - especially on the top front deck. The basement has a problem with bugs (crickets) entering constantly, along with water ants in the kitchen. We had to call OBX Blue and they sent an exterminator out right away. Then we had a problem with the fire alarms going off. Obx Blue was called again and they sent an electrician out right away. Also, a lot of the light bulbs in the house were blown and the refrigerator in the basement took two days to get up to temperature because the knob is broken off! Minor thing, one of the coffee pots was broken and still in the machine (still usable, but broke).
Despite all these things, the house is very nice. I commend OBX Blue for responding to our concerns so quickly and would definitely rent from OBX Blue again, just maybe not Oceans 10. If the owner of Oceans 10 fixed all these problems (especially the bugs and comfy beds), I would consider renting this house again. -

We love this house and have stayed here 3 times. This is the 1st time we had bugs. We will definetly come back if they can get a handle on the rolly-pollies as the emenities suit our family of 3 generations perfectly. It would be nice if 4 beach chairs were included and we wouldn't have to lug so many.The double dish washers are a big plus for our family of 16.

Compared to 7 previous beach houses, Oceans 10 ranked in the top 3! The house was gorgeous and clean. The location of the ocean was perfect, a hop, skip and a jump! We would definitely consider this house again!

House was great, cleaning service was great, location was excellent (cul-de-sac, close to beach, close to stores, etc.). Only major issues was that the Hot Tub was offline the whole week we were there, as was the internet connection. We were able to find an intermittent connection from a nearby location that helped a bit, but to have those two features not available was disappointing. Otherwise, the house was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean's Ten. The home was lovely and we were very comfortable and a great time was enjoyed by all. Outer Banks Blue could not have been more accomodating to any needs that may have been necessary. The only thing that proved to be a bit of a challenge were the steps to the beach. The close proximity was great however the many steep steps from the beach up are not for the faint of heart.
