The house was great..lots of room,near beach,nice pool,wonderful porch and views.Only complaint was rental company was slow to respond to complaints. The screen on screened in porch was broken so the porch was full of bugs and unable to be used. I called the day we got there but it never was fixed when we left a week later. The owner of the house called to see if everything was okay and was going to make sure that the rental company was more responsive. All in all, I 'd probably rent this house again.

This was a great house, and I have stayed in many. We loved the fact that we were so close to the end of 12. The second level deck went all the way around the house and provided great view of the ocean. The house is a little older however the location and view made up for it and the hassle free sunday check in was nothing short of awsome ! The house was clean and ready on time ! Nice job Outer Banks Blue (again)...By chance we got to meet the owner and they could not be any kinder, nice people.. could use another refrigerator a litte short on space..other than that I would recommend the house and Outer Banks Blue !!

Great house, terrific location...walk across the street to the beach or lounge in the pool and hot tub. We saw the horses the first morning right on the dune outside of the house! It was magical. House is perfectly equipped. I would recommend bringing extra towels and there are only a few per bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated for a beach vacation. The only thing I would mention is that there is no shade at the pool for the really hot days! They really should get a table with an umbrella or two so you can get out of the hot sun if you choose to stay at the house for the day. The porches are wonderful and plentiful for enjoying the sunsets at the end of the day. All in all a wonderful vacation and will definitely go back.

This was only our 2nd year vacationing in OBX and I have to say we have found our home for future vacations. Absolutely perfect location and home. The home is well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay here nothing less than perfect. I love the fact the home is clean and well cared for, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing week for our family. We also loved the location, which was breath taking! We got to experience the wild horses several mornings and it couldn't have been better. Thanks Here Comes the sun and Outer Banks Blue Realty for a 5 star vacation. See you next year!

My family and I absolutely loved this house. I loved the location, next to the wildlife preserve. The home itself was beautiful and very comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach too. The keyless entry was very convenient. All and all, it was the perfect house for our family! Hope to come back someday!

We found the accomodations to be way beyond expectations. Here Comes the Sun was spacious, well maintained and the ammenities, location were great. The folks at Outer Banks Blue were very helpful and the rental process went very smooth. The home was nicely furnished, offered great views while affording alot of privacy. I would recoomend this property to friends and family. The upper level bedroom, kitchen and decks with their Ocen view were the best part. I cannot think of anything that we liked the least about this experience.

The very first day we saw the wild horses behind the house. This house was perfect.Close to the beach and the horses. In the evening we sat on the front decks and in the morning we sat on the back decks. We also saw dear and some fox. Would come back to this house anytime.

This is our second year renting this property. Everything about this home is great. Very short walk to the beach, dunes out the back, beautiful views, pool, hot tub...all you would want. We will stay here next time as well!!!

This was our first time in Ocean Hill. The house was very nice and comfortable and the top level gave us such a good view of the ocean. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies and the large pantry was the best I've seen. We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very spacious also. The water pressure left a lot to be desired as it seemed only one person could be running water,showwering, doing dishes, etc. at one time and even then the pressure just was very weak. Maybe that's a problem unique to that area. Also it would have been nice to have a second refriegerator which we have often had and it really comes in handy. I also thought the T.V., at least in the living room, should be upgraded to a flat screen and bigger when you are paying this amount of money. The T.V. in the den was a very bad picture so everyone flocked to the living room.
Although staying up this far gave us two wonderful opportunities to see the wild horses practically in our back yard, the High Dune Loop that our house was on was constantly busy with traffic of people turning around, etc. Of course, Highway 12 is a steady stream of traffic all day and evening which I had no idea about and thus eliminated children riding their bikes or even adult bike riding. The heavy flow of traffic in front of house was a drawback. All in all, we had fun and the house itself has been nicely kept. -

Our first experience in the Outer Banks was a walk along the beach among wild horses. Here Comes the Sun is in a pristine location in Corolla. Ocean views and sunsets from are breathtaking. The house is beautiful with multi-level wrap around decks, pool, and hot tub that backs up to rolling dunes amid wildlife. We look forward to returning to Here Comes the Sun, so appropriately named!

Our stay at Here Comes the Sun is always the best!!!!We have stayed here three years in a row and it truly is a little bit of heaven. The view of the ocean is awesome. We can sit on the porch and always see the ocean. The house is always clean and ready for us and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed our trip and can hardly wait to come next year!!!!

This was our first family vacation for my sisters, their husbands and three small children (3, 2, and 4 months). The house was extraordinary; the location was so close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were extraordinary and the whole house just beautiful. I would highly highly recommend this house to anyone. We are definitely planning to make this a yearly trip and we hope to rent Here Comes The Sun again :)
