Gorgeous private pool with the hot tub close by will allow for hours together relaxing, or playing in the pool. The elevator makes access to all levels easy for any family member, and loading up is a breeze too! Pool deck has ample space for sunbathing and for kids to play, and the cabana half bath is convenient for everyone. Just off the pool deck is the rec room ready for a game of pool or just to grab a drink from the full-size refrigerator, and head back to the pool area. Abundant wrap around decking on all levels for sunning or relaxing in the shade. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

We are not used to seeing poor reviews on this property as you can see from other reviews here the property is generally regarded as an excellent value with beautiful ocean views, easy beach access, and it comfortably sleeps 18. I'm happy to report that after you reported the washer not working that it was replaced with a new one a few days later, and the microwave has also been taken care of. Light bulbs do sometimes burn out, and we would have been happy to replace any that burned out during your stay had we known about that. Stillwater is generally considered to be a tremendous value with upscale amenities, and we are disappointed that you feel you made a bad choice with this outstanding property. All the best from the beach!
