Bring your family to this beautiful sunny and charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that will leave you relaxed and with great memories. This home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This is a lovely and contemporary home. Tastefully decorated with beautiful hardwood floors in the Great Room. When you are hungry take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and prepare all your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy with the family in the dining. This home is well equipped for a wonderful vacation. This home is located rather close to the beach, approximately 725 feet to beach access. Section D.

We were very comfortable in this 4 bedroom house. It had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen and an extra bar area in the family room. It was a shorter walk than we expected to the beach with easy access. The house was perfect for us.

Very comfortable home with all of the basic necessities. The air conditioning worked too well (which seemed amazing on 100+ degree days!). The turn into the neighborhood is on a sharp curve. The beach access has a lot of stairs, which should be considered if there's anyone in your party that has accessibility issues. We really enjoyed ourselves. There a few minor flaws with the house (broken blinds, air conditioning vent in the kitchen has a cover that comes off, which can be dangerous, few loose nails in the decking, etc) but I would return to Tern Inn. Also, the wi-fi is spotty, at best.

The house was fine, however I will never return to the area again in peak season. The 3 hour trip took over 8 hours! The area needs to either stop building houses or develop some more efficient way to route traffic. A restaurant wait during mid-week was 3.5 hours. No thanks!

This house is perfect. Great privacy, easy walk to the beach and biking distance to Harris Teeter. We had a very relaxing stay. The homeowners are personally involved in making sure our stay was comfortable and trouble-free. This was our third stay at Tern Inn.
