We loved the location of the home and its' layout was perfect for two families. We are considering renting it next year except the home was 'dirty'. alot of dust and overall pretty 'worn out'

I was so excited about finally getting back to the Outer Banks after 10 years. When entering the house I noticed that it was very musty smelling. My mother-in-law noticed that the shower curtain was all moldy and when I went to make the bed it was very dirty behind the bed. Also felt that the kitchen was not as equiped as others I have rented. The deck, walkway and wooden furniture was a hazzard. Nails sticking up as well as boards. If the house would be updated it would be a great vacation home to rent again, but if the cleaning people don't do a better job, the bed spreads replaced and the decking I wouldn't rent this property again.
