Bright, beautiful cottage with reverse floor plan. You'll know summer's here, as you enjoy a dip in your own private pool (12x24) 5/29-9/02 and submerge yourself in the hot tub! Beach toys/chairs and games and a hammock for the evening breeze, and only 370 yards to the beach access. NO PETS PLEASE.

This was our second trip to this house and it was for good reason. The home is well kept, clean inside and well maintained grounds. There are many extra's for the beach and the home is fully loaded with kitchen equipment for anything you choose to cook. It has great proximity to the beach, shopping and sight seeing. The best of all worlds for an exceptionally good value.
We have been coming to the Corolla area for over ten years and have always enjoyed our time there. Unfortunatly due to continued expansion the beach has become dirty and laced with litter. This is due to man vacationers that show a lack of respect to the area. This ear we determined we would travel further south in the OBX and find an area that has fewer people and house to contend with. The Corolla area should be careful to not create a Daytona Beach environment. Most people I know go there for slower pace and it has certainly picked up in recent years. -

We had a great time staying here. There were 2 2 year olds and a 4 1/2 year old and the house was perfect for families of all ages. Not oo far from the beach and what a great pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need!

This house we have rented for many years, even though the owners are a bit intrusive. Usually the house is in good condition but this year it was pretty dirty when we arrived and had a pretty troublesome ant problem. To top it off the owners accused us of makling "burn" marks in their bathroom. These marks were there when we arrived and to the best of our recollection last year as well. It actually resembled more like spots of mold. In any case we are not smokers so don't know what it was but we will not be returning to this house in the future.

We love T.G.I. Summer...always very clean and they have any thing and everything you need to make your stay easy...we will definitely rent there again...the realty company we used was very helpful and pleasant to work with...the walk to the beach isn't bad either...when you get back the pool is very inviting...all and all it is a wonderful vacation and would recommend to anyone...
