This modern two bedroom apartment has one of the most magnificent views in California, spectacular during both the day and at night. The view from this ninth floor, corner apartment stretches from the Pacific Ocean on the West, to the Hotel del Coronado on the North, Coronado Beach (rated the second best beach in America), the City of San Diego, Coronado Bridge, Glorietta Bay and to San Diego Bay on the East. All of these are within minutes walk or drive from this apartment. It is available for monthly rentals only.

This condominium apartment,... entirely new in 2005, is fully furnished and includes professional kitchen equipment, granite countertops throughout, a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. Dishes, towels, beach towels, linens, hair dryer, maps, guidebooks, etc. are included. There are five AT&T; cable TVs with 450 channels and HBO, Cinemax and The Movie Channel plus a stereo entertainment center in the living room.

The building has a door person 24/7, full time security, two high speed elevators and two assigned indoor parking spaces. Ample guest parking is available.

There are four pools with Jacuzzis, 8 tennis courts, private health spa with gym, and the Beach Clubhouse with a bar, dances, live music, special events and current movies.

Sunsets over the Pacific are spectacular from the Pacific ocean beach, from the clubhouse, from one of the pools and, best of all, from this condo.

For those combining work with pleasure, this condo includes high speed wireless DSL service at no extra charge.

This condo unit sleeps up to four adults plus has bunk beds for up to four children.

Five TVs with access to AT&T; TV with 450 channels. Fully stocked with bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment and dining service. The ninth floor location providing a spectacular view of ocean, bay and city. This is one of the few condos that do not have a building blocking part of your view. Elegant living room and dining room seating six or more with each guest having a beautiful panoramic view. Sweeping architectural design with elegant yet comfortable wall and ceiling treatments with recessed lighting throughout.

Coronado Shores is a luxury gated condominium community with 24 hour security and doorpersons. The community has 10 sixteen story buildings with the Pacific Ocean on the West, the Historic Hotel del Coronado to the North and Glorietta Bay and Coronado to the Northeast and Glorietta Bay and San Diego Bay to the East.

Four swimming pools and jacuzzis Barbeque areas with four or more gas grills and dining in each pool area. Beach Clubhouse with bar, live music, dances, card games, big-screen TV and current movies. Eight lighted tennis courts. A fully staffed gym with training equipment and separate jacuzzisand saunas for men and women. Trainers and masseurs are available. A teen recreation area with table tennis and other appropriate facilities. Centrally located for both Coronado and San Diego points of interest.

In the City of Coronado

The City of Coronado has the ambiance of a quaint community. Within walking distance you will find:

A Superb Public golf course 5 minutes away (greens fees from $13). The Hotel del Coronado, a National Historic Site, and host to presidents, princes and ollywood celebrities, is a 2 minute walk away. Over 50 restaurants in the City. Our apartment has reviews of many of them as well as our favorites in San Diego. There are a large number of outstanding restaurants in Coronado.

The Lambs Players Theatre which draws visitors from throughout California.

Coronado Playhouse within one block of Coronado Shores. Every kind of water sports, including boat rental, jet skis andsailing, are available within minutes of the apartment. There are 15 miles of biking trails in Coronado and bike rentals are available. Coronado Beach (voted the number two beach in America and thenumber one family beach) starts at the Coronado Shores Condominiums. Lifeguards on Coronado beach are on duty during the day.

On Sundays, there are free concerts in the park.

In Coronado/San Diego area

Coronado is only a few minutes from San Diego via either the ferry that runs every 30 minutes or the free Coronado/San Diego bridge.

Vacation Rental Rates

This condo unit sleeps four adults and has bunk beds for up to four children. The minimum rental permitted by the City of Coronado is one month. Rates range between $4,500 and $13,500 depending on the season.Read more

Additional Location Information

The condo is part of the Coronado Shores Condominiums, a ten building development next to the historic Hotel Del Coronado. It is a five minute walk from shops and restaurants in Coronado. Indoor parking for two cars is included and San Diego buses stop at the corner. Golf and ocean activities are minutes away.

  This condo is a renter's dream. It has just about everything one could wish for, beginning with a spectacular view of both the Pacific Ocean and Glorietta Bay and continuing with a beautifully appointed and maintained space that is as comfortable as it is functional. It is within a few minutes walk to shopping as well as a host of restaurants that cover a range of prices and cuisines. Public transport, both bus and ferry, to San Diego are close by, and the beach is only a minute away. In addition an exercise room, pools and hot tubs are available in the building complex. There was nothing that we did not love about this unit and we would highly recommend it to anyone as a truly classy place to stay.

  My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo last winter. The place is a jewel. The views are really magnificant with floor to ceiling windows on two walls in the living room/dining area. The condo is decorated beautifully and you will have everything you need for a great vacation. You could stay in the condo all week and have a great time. The pool area is lovely. The location is perfect. You are close to all the restaurants and entertainment. We walked everywhere.
  
  Don't miss this place. San Diego is glorious all year round and this condo is the perfect vacation spot.

  The view, the furnishings, the location, the building, the amenities at the complex all make this the perfect place to stay for a month or two or more. January is the worst month to stay at the condo. Rain, snow, sleet and fog etc. I guess you should just leave January for us! Take any other month and you are sure to want to return every year.

  We loved it here. The views from the apartment are just like the pictures on the site, and are indeed unobstructed.
