Beautiful 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bath unit with covered balcony overlooking the dunes to the water at Beach Club. Comfortably sleeps four people. Fully equipped kitchen with oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all utensils. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Cable TV in both living room and bedroom. All bed linens and towels provided. This unit has a fantastic pool, gazebo and fitness center. Internet provided by the homeowners association. For our anniversary we wanted to celebrate it down in Corpus Christi/Padre Island. We knew that the cost for a good hotel was going to cost $120-150/night; I wanted to look for something that would feel more homey and offer more functionality than a hotel. We chose this beach condo because of the pictures and the awesome price. For the same price of a hotel we were able to stay at this rental that was only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Padre Island, get an awesome fully working kitchen with dishes and silverware and a full size fridge, a nice cozy living room with a big TV, a small, yet comfy dining room, a very comfortable king bed with wonderful bedding, a nice balcony, and the perfect bathroom. The decorations were gorgeous along with the furniture. The service we got from Mary Kay was very personal. We felt like we were at a condo that we owned, so it offered a nice homey feel. We plan on staying here again whenever we return to the coast.

we were sceptical about booking this condo site unseen other than the pictures on the site. upon arival the check in process was very easy as well as any issues we had were addresed in a quick fashion. we highly recommend this condo for anyone with a family as it is much nicer than staying in a hotel and the distance to the beach is almost right ouside your door. we will definatly be staying here again on any future visits to the Island. Thx MK and Tim for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your condo, your hospitality was amazing.

We stayed in this rental for a week at the beginning of June. The condo was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and fresh and very functional. The furniture all looked brand new and the kitchen and bathroom were also lovely. Everything you could possibly need was included. The apartments themselves are a short walk from the beach, there is a beautiful communal swimming pool and hot tub and plentiful bbq-ing areas. Really cannot recommend this condo enough and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Padre. The owner, Nora, was also very helpful and friendly and made organising our trip very easy.
