Located on Corpus Christi North Beach, we have two completely remodeled one bedroom vacation condos that sleep six comfortably. Walking distance from the USS Lexington, Texas Acquarium and numerous places to eat and enjoy the night life of North Beach. The new water park, Hurricane Alley, and What a Burger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks, are less than a mile away. Minutes from Downtown Corpus Christi and the T Head Marina and an enjoyable drive down Ocean Drive. Located on Corpus Christi North Beach, this gated community sits right on Corpus Christi Bay. Plenty of parking including cover parking under the units. The trolley runs right in front of the complex and will deliver you to the T Head Marina on Ocean Drive for an enjoyable walk along the bay. The USS Lexington and the Texas State Acquarium are down the beach from the complex along with some great places to eat at.

Tax rate is for city and state. Security deposit is $150 with $50 non refundable. Payment can be made by pay pal or credit card.Payments by Pay Pal will result in a 3% fee to cover processing. Payment must be completed within ten days of the start of your reservation. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation starts and receive a full refund. No refunds if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on premise, this includes the balcony. Any sign of smoking will result in no refund of your deposit. No pets are allowed.
