Ask about my special weekly and monthly discount rates. So come enjoy a cozy condo with a breeze and view the beach on North Corpus Christi Bay. A one bedroom with queen sized bed (Simmons Beautyrest Mattress), two bunk beds (twin size), pullout sleeper sofa (full size). Hammock for the balcony, FREE Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite Cable, 4K Smart TV (Den) and HD TV (Bedroom), DVD/Blu-Ray Player, a few dozen DVD movies, playing cards and board games, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher, Electric Range Top, Small Convection Oven, all dishes, pots, utensils. and there are coin operated Washers and Dryers on each floor. Also providing beach toys, beach umbrellas and *Complimentary coffee, microwave popcorn, and bath soap (toilet paper, paper towel included, and trash bags). *Smart TV for streaming NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.and Chromecast from any device.

It's a great place to stay for a romantic couple, a small group of fishermen or bird watchers to rest between excursions and reflect on the day, or a small family to enjoy after catching some sun and getting sand between their toes.

The historic and majestic U.S.S. Lexington, the Texas Aquarium, and many restaurants are right down the street. Hurricane Water Park and Corpus Christi Hooks (Astros minor league) are nearby. There's even a hammock for naps on the balcony, come check it out!

Getting around

There is a bus that runs up and down Surfside Blvd that will take you to several restaraunts, bars and grill, gift shops, the Texas State Aquarium, and the USS Lexington. All of those things are within a mile or slightly more, so it is possible to walk to attractions as well. There is a paved boardwalk by the beach.

How do damage deposits work?
