Welcome to enjoy TURTLE A(1bed/1bath) :

COVID-19-Cleaning:

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

We are cleaning our condo to prevent the spread of COVID-19 for 3 days after every guest checking out.We’ve created the following cleaning checklist to every guest based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Turtle A: The condo has recently been renovated including new vinyl laminate flooring, countertops, 1 flat screen 40' screen TV . All appliances include washer, dryer, dishwasher and stove help insure a wonderful vacation time.With a big queen bed,and queen sleeper sofa in the living room,it can accommodate 4-5 people.Out on the balcony,you can relax with a beautiful South Texas sunset.They are 1 block to the beach.

Enjoy the shaded evening while having steaks on the grille and a cocktail. Escape and unwind in a world of relaxation in the pool ,hot tub (with cabana) and dry sauna.Horse sunset ride is the amazing!The water park:schlitterbahn will open on summer!!!

*No the same day booking check-in.The payment must pay 24 hours earlier before check-in.

Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, We have the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of the deposit.If any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes, we will charge the guest an additional minimum the deposit cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Clean, neat, good place for couple or small family. Quiet location that is easy to find. Full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. help make the trip pleasant.
