Hard to find three bedroom, two and half bath unit with a two car garage walking distance to the beach!. Better, yet, it is a corner unit for privacy! Open living room and dining room make it great for family entertaining. Second living space upstairs with office set up and sleeper sofa. This unit comfortably sleeps 10. King size in master bedroom (downstairs!), queen size beds in second/third bedrooms and 2 queen sleeper sofas. We had a great time. There was nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. We were 5 adults and we could have had many more. Very clean and comfortable. Planned on going out to eat but we ordered Pizza from Padre Pizza twice, it was so good. Used the grill and ended up never going out to eat. The younger adults walked over to the beach and the Holiday Inn club in the evening. Used the North Beach by the condo and went to Malaquite, beautiful. Next time I would rent a 4 wheel drive to go down to Little Shell Beach. Would definately stay again. Well worth the price, Great Deal! I grew up here and it was fun to go back and see where I used to hang out on the beach. Changed a lot since the 60's.

I was very pleased with the house. It had everything we needed, and it was so close to the beach. Very kid friendly... even our dogs enjoyed it. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable.

Me and couple of my friends with our families rented this place for the labor day weekend. We were impressed by the cleanliness, planning and professionalism of the rental company, right from the first call to the end of the trip. You think about it and it's there..never had to call anyone for anything throughout the stay. It was a house with a five star hotel service I would say, we all had a really good time. The place was very kids friendly too. Good job MK & Co. keep up the good work. We will definitely come back again!!
