Las Dunas Residencial is available for rental all year round at the price of 270 Euro. The price is for the apartment per week not per person. Rent 4 weeks for only 800 Euro!!!
The price includes cleaning before and after your stay (a linen change for stays of over a week), bed linen, hand, tea and bath towels and all water and electricity. There are no hidden costs.
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible and you can pick the length of holiday to suit you, including mid-week breaks. (min. stay 4 days)
A deposit of 60 Euro within 7 days of confirmation of availability will secure your requested week. The balance in full is required 6 weeks prior to travel date.
Damage & Breakages
A security deposit of 70 Euro is payable prior to travel and this will be refunded within 10 days of your return journey.
