'Golf Holiday Villa' is located in a unique and exclusive resort of Corralejo, since it has its own Golf Course. From the villa you can find excellent views to Lanzarote, Lobos islands and to the Corralejo beaches. Spectacular scenery full of peace and tranquility. Inside you will find luxury accommodation, exquisite taste in decor, many amenities and enviable equipment: FREE WIFI internet, 40� LCD screen, European satellite channels, DVD player, movies, books, chess, table games, safety box, fully equipped kitchen with all kind of appliances, top quality beds and pillows for a restful sleep, etc. Outside find a private pool with heating op...tion and thermal cover, barbecue, outdoor dining, garden and parking garage.

Inside the villa, there is a living room, kitchen and a WC in the ground floor; Double Bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two complete bathrooms on the first floor. Finally the Solarium, on the roof floor, has fantastic 360º views over the Golf Course, Lanzarote and Lobos islands.

Our staff regularly will keep the pool and garden in best conditions, collecting the garbage whenever needed. All these services will provide an extra comfort to our guests and allow us to address any possible issue in the villa quickly and professionally.

Please let us know in advance if you wish a heated pool, as we do a limited number of heaters available. This has a cost of 50 Euros per week. We are also pleased to buy any basic supermarket needs you want us to deliver upon arrival: water, milk, fruit, bread, etc. This “welcome pack service� has a single cost of only 15 Euros, plus the amount of your purchase bill. It is a helpful service in case you reach late at night, when traveling with small kids or simply for convenience.

In the accommodation you we have compiled lot of information (maps, guides, etc.) to begin organizing your holiday in Fuerteventura. Certainly we will be happy to assist you in planning your excursions (places to visit, eat, shop, best beaches, etc..).

By playing the 9 hole Par 3 in Golf Course of the complex you will realize they are a challenge even for seasoned players. Its three holes surrounded by water and the other between bankers and winding streets require more accurate shot from the tee to get in the Green. If you do not have the equipment to play this beautiful game, do not worry because you can hire it in the Club House for a very reasonable price. "Golf Holiday Villa" is 35 minutes drive from the internation Airport of Fuerteventura.It is located in the upper part of Corralejo´s Parque Natural, which brings you the opportunity of having magnificent views and at the same time enough away from the noise and overcrowding. The center of Corralejo is hardly 5 minutes away by car, with lots of restaurants of every kind, shopping malls, shops, walking areas, and without any doubt its wonderful beaches which are highly appreciated by the Surf, Diving, Fishing lovers and bathers on the whole. Nearby, 5 minutes walking away, find some Paddle courts, a Gym, a Spa, a large Swimming pool 50 mts long and a 'Mercadona' very well reputed supermarket in Spain.

Additional notes from owner

•The current price list is made on the basis of 4 PERSONS per WEEK. The price for each additional guest (adult or child) is of 7,00 Euros/day. Exceptionally the rate on SUMMER (995 Euros) season is based simply per week, independently of the number of persons may stay (up to 6). The villa is comfortably prepared for 6 people; however a 7th person could stay in an auxiliary bed or a cot for a baby.
In order to rent out the villa, it is required a deposit of 30% of the total. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival. Payment forms accepted are bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card). Late bookings to be paid in full.
Upon arrival, we will ask for a breakage deposit of 150,00 Euros which will be refunded within 72hrs after departure in case no damages have been found in the property due your stay.
•The villa is provided for your stay perfectly clean and the rental price includes the cleaning fees of your departure. Depending on the duration of your stay and the number of people, bedding and towels are provided for your use including pool/beach towels. There is the possibility to arrange extra house cleanings.
Please let us know in advance if you wish a heated pool. This has a cost of 50 Euros per week.

  Lovely villa with great service !
  Everything was just perfect, great price for what you all get (wifi, tv, satellite, pool, all needed kitches accecoires, towels, sheets etc).
  Perfect location for a relax vacation, the centrum in only 5 minutes away by car and a big supermarket only 2 minures away !

  Great Villa, cannot write enough good comments about the brilliant holiday we have just returned from 8/3/2013 to 22/3/2013. we were met and greeted by the owner Raju who showed us to our villa and gave us a nice welcome and plenty of good information about the amenities, the villa you could not ask for anything more, you do need a car, due to the location about a 10 min drive our of corralejo town but suited us fine, would recommend this villa to anyone who wants good accomodation, clean and a nice pool of your own to cool off in cannot wait to return next year!!! thank again caron & brian malkin macclesfield cheshire England.

  Lovely villa all like new and immaculately clean for our arrival. Great views of the golf course and sea beyond. The owners were very polite and helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Pool was lovely and kept clean. An excellent holiday and a bargain price compared to other villas we have stated in we will return.

  We contacted Golf Holiday Villas, as we had a bad experience when we reached at the island renting another property. They were very kind and showed us the villa without compromise...the next day they cleaned it and we moved and I can say my experience in Fuerteventura, thanks to them has been more than satisfactory. Their Villa is good value for money, as it has all the facilities, satellite tv channels, dvd, books. Bottle of Spanish wine was kept as courtesy. The kitchen was very well equipped.
  I definitely recommend to rent with them, as they treat you just like at home.

  Sappiate che le foto non rendono giustizia... La casa è favolosa! Arredamento nuovo, ci hanno fornito di asciugamani per la spiaggia, phon, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, 3 bagni, 3 camere. Raccomando la piscina riscaldata se andate in inverno, si sta benone! Un piccolo optional ma ne vale la pena! Vista su campo da golf e grande playa spettacolare!!! Wi-fi compreso perfettamente funzionante. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili. Zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro. Per chi vuole andare in appartamento non si può trovare di meglio!!! Quando tornerò a Corralejo prenoterò sicuramente questa villa!!!

  Villa golf is everything you would want in a holiday,its just home from home,
  The villa is just perfect & has everything you need,
  If you just want a nice relax holiday its perfect,if you want a bit of night life, the towns not far,its under 5euros for a cab or about a 35 minute walk,just turn right when you get to the taxi rank,its easy enough to find,the big supermarket is just 5 mins up the road and is really cheap,
  Mr sunder is lovely he speaks good english and is there to help you with anything,if needed,
  I would strongly recommend the villas,and the view is lovely,
