At the bottom of the Cortona hill, in an important archeological site, stands the splendid Villa Grazia, built in the 17th century, which belongs to one of the most popular noble families in Italy. A short tree-lined road leads to the villa's entrance, surrounded by a wide park with age-old trees. Wonderful alleys and romantic ornamental elements - ponds, small bridges and other handmade articles - enriche the garden. Please note: For the first two weeks of August, Villa Grazia can be rented only in its entirety.
Linens (including pool towels), utilities (except heat and a/c), final cleaning, welcome basket with everything you will need for breakfast (so you don't have to go to the market until the following morning).
Extras Heat and telephone/fax are metered. Air-conditioning is €120/wk each for Gelsi and Ginestre; €60/wk for Girasoli; €300 for entire property. Additional cleaning, cooking, babysitting and grocery shopping services can be arranged at extra cost. Mobile phone can be reserved ahead of time for €20/wk plus a security deposit of €80.
Security Deposit $500 per apartment, payable by check to Doorways and returned a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees
Maximum occupancy is 16p.
Pool (14 x 7 meters) is open May 15 - Sep 30 and is equipped with a diving board. Discounts are available for renting multiple accommodations on the estate.

The villa is everything we hoped it would be, Great location, superb pool surrounded by vineyards and greenery and very helpful hosts. The villa is exquisitely decorated and the kitchen has everything it that you would need for a weeks stay.
