Additional Location Information

Both going southward and northward, along the A1 motorway “Autostrada del Sole” take the Valdichiana exit. Take the freeway Siena-Perugia in the direction to Perugia and take the second exit showing a “Cortona” road sign, in San Lorenzo. Follow the directions to Cortona and after about 1300 m turn left at the crossroads to Montecchio. Holiday house Pettirossi is about 300 m on the left.

  Villa Pettirossi est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour au calme, à l'écart du tumulte mais à proximité de Cortona ou l'on peut profiter des nombreux spectacles d'été. Les différents appartements réunis dans un même lieu ont permis à ma famille de se réunir tout en préservant l'intimité de chacun. J'ai apprécié l'ameublement et la décoration ainsi que la propreté des lieux. Un plus: le barbecue et "the must" : la grande piscine toujours très propre.
  L'accueil et la rencontre de la famille Pettirossi a été un joli moment , ce sont des gens très agréable.

  Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato alla villa Pettirossi in agosto 2011; già a prima vista ci si accorge di essere giunti in una piccola oasi di tranquillità, una villa accogliente in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso con tramonti mozzafiato, con un grande prato all'inglese ai piedi del quale si trova la casa vacanza dotata di tutti i confort, pulita ed in ordine. Una piscina ritagliata su un erbetta rasa dotata di trampolino e lettini dove spicca un grosso acero meraviglioso; tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli da una eccezionale padrona di casa, sempre presente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti mettendo a disposizione anche un forno a legna disposto all'aperto dove poter fare oltre che la pizza, anche delle grigliate. La collocazione geografica è perfetta essendo situata in un punto strategico per raggiungere tutte le meravigliose località Toscano/Umbre, come assisi, Siena , Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Firenze e la meravigliosa Cortona a soli 5km dove si può assaporare le specialità Toscane che tutto il mondo ci invidia. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio al più presto e sicuramente da consigliare a tutti, sia a ragazzi che a famiglie. Il nostro grazie va alla famiglia Pettirossi sempre gentili e ospitali.
