Rasina house is an ancient rural house that has been recently restored strictly using traditional materials, in accordance with the typical building typologies of the area. The house, which lies 8km away from Cortona town centre, is surrounded by woods and olive trees terraces, ideal places for enchanting excursions and walks.

Rasina house lies at the border of a big mountain territory full of woods and olive trees terraces, overlooking the beautiful Val di Chiana. This placing confers a wealth of fauna and vegetation in an absolutely relaxing environment.

Except for the High season, the prices are applied on a minimum of 4 people (less than 4 people are welcome but will be charged as if they are 4).
Rentals go from saturday to saturday, except in mid and low season, when the changeover day can be flexible.

A security deposit is required at the time of booking and must be equal to the 30% of the total balance or to 500 euros if the total balance is less than 1.500 euros
