For a perfect family holiday or a golfing break, our open aspect villa with it's gated pool area is an ideal location. Offering nearby beautiful clean beaches, three high calibre golf courses, horse riding & childrens play areas.
Welcome to our family holiday villa, which has been furnished with ours and your comfort in mind, although built in the traditional style the villa is modern and so is dry and has many modern conveniences. It is situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca about 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport or 30 minutes from Murcia airport.

Out and about there is plenty to keep you happy, apart from the obvious pleasures of some of the best golf courses and blue flag beaches in Spain.
Find a local market (there’s one somewhere everyday of the week), to take in some local atmosphere and where you can find outstanding local produce at prices that will astound. If you buy the local oranges there’s a juicer in the kitchen so you can wake up to freshly squeezed juice.
Or take a 15 minute drive to the bustling town of Torrevieja, with plenty of shopping, a marina, restaurants a water park, and much more. Or how about a short drive into the local countryside, through some lovely local villages and towns, try your Spanish out in the local bars and restaurants, the food is always good, and the prices always better.
The ancient port of Cartegena is a short trip down the motorway and well worth a visit and La Manga is almost next door. All in all there’s surely something to please everyone in this part of Spain.

Additional notes from owner
Weekly prices are based on Saturday to Saturday bookings however midweek to midweek will be considered and quotes will be provided on request. Short stay prices dependant on season and occupancy. Cleaning costs included in weekly rates therefore fortnight bookings receive a ÂŁ45.00 discount, Discounts offered for long stay/winter lets.
A 20% deposit is required on booking (non refundable), balance to be paid one month before arrival. A lost key/damage deposit of ÂŁ150.00 will be required but this can be in the form of a cheque which we will return or destroy on your return, subject to no damage or lost keys. We do understand accidents happen all we ask is that you replace any breakages with a similar item if possible. Arrived to a beautiful looking, clean villa, with keys ready and waiting. We had use of a beautiful pool, and although shared, it was never crowded and so quiet...and often just us using it! Nice big rooms and it was so enjoyable to eat outside on the front veranda, just a step out of the front door. The private sun roof meant for a good tan (all over if you wanted!), and a lovely view of the surrounding area. A kind and friendly taxi driver drove us to the nearby beach and towns, with no journey being a problem. He knew the area well, so very informative for the planning of each day's activities.

The villa lives up to everything mentioned beforehand. The shared pool is only a minute away and we were there most days. The villa contains everything that you can hope for on holiday. Sleeping arrangements were fine.

The service we received was excellent, with clear directions from the airport (Alicante) to the Villa though I still used a Satnav but that's more to do with my bad driving. As you enter the Villa Martin area you go pass the main plaza and then the villa is about 5 minutes away. Which is great as the plaza can get pretty busy and you don't hear all the noise. I expected the villa to be basic, but what you get is a lovely home environment and after a few days you feel like you're at home. The villa has got everything you need from a self catering holiday and we even had a barbecue one evening out on the porch. There is downstairs toilet, as well as an upstairs bathroom and the kitchen is the perfect size. I was expecting to really feel the heat inside but was surprised how cool it was inside which helps during the night.
There is little book in the villa with loads of menu's and things to do during the day, and it's all close by. I think previous guests have added menus or leaflets to it in the past, almost like a scrapbook of what you can do. My wife went horse riding which was nearby and we would have never known had it not been for the book. Also there is torrevieja beach nearby and lots great restaurants which serve more than just paella!
If you have small children there is a swimming pool round the back of the villa, it's a residential pool which is great as it's only for the residents. Also it gets cleaned on a regular basis and you need a security key to get in, which makes you feel safe.
I would definitely go again and planning to next summer.

Just should arrived back from a relaxing week in the sun , the villa is in excellent condition, everything you could ask for included , as well as all towels, pool toys ,and amenities you could ask for . Probably should of hired a car as you do need one to get around.About 10 mins from the beach ,the pool is quiet but ok if you just want a quiet relaxing week.Couple of local resturants which serve nice food ,and not too expensive. I would not reccommend to anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs as thier are a few to the villa. All in all a lovely place to stay if you just want a nice relaxing holiday , probably not the place if you're looking for loads of nightlife ,although you can drive there if you want .

Weather was amazingly hot so we spent most of the time enjoying the sun terrace on the roof or in the shade on the patio, playing with our 1 year old. Pool was within easy reach and was practically empty most of the time. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk down to the plaza during the day so we could enjoy a leasurely lunch whilst escaping the hottest part of the day. The various supermarkets close by were really good value and offered a wide range of international and local produce, especially enjoyed the languistines and fish, yummy. Everywhere was very child friendly and we were impressed with the variety a food available for them. The beach was amazing too, had a fab time.

My wife, my teenage sons my Dad and I, enjoyed a very relaxing holiday in Villamartin. Although none of us were golfers, there is still lots to do as long as you have some form of transport. we hired a car so had the freedom to come and go as we pleased. on the site there is a shared swimming pool which was mainly used by families and was always clean. At night the site was quiet after around 11:30 which is very acceptable when you are holiday. If you want more of a party life you can always travel by taxi ti the Plaza in Villamartin which is very close. There are English and Spanish restaurants and cafe's close to the villa site and were all very welcoming. All in all we had a great time and would recommend to all visitors.

Travelled with a group of friends and stayed at this beautiful, luxury villa. The weather, beach, places to eat were all perfect! Would not hesitate in recommending to others as well as booking again myself.

Our stay at the villa was very relaxing. The complex that the villa is on is well kept. The shared pool was extremely clean and it was a good size for us all. The villa was well equipped and very clean. We had a great time and enjoyed getting out and about to different beaches and also up into the mountains.
