We?ve been many times in Lisbon; some of them in places with a good location. But this one, definitively, exceeds the others. It is perfect adapted to travel with children (it has elevator, that is not a small thing considering how are the rest of the stairs of the others apartments we?ve been before). By the other hand, the price is overestimated considering that is not the most confortable and cleanest apartment. For us, it was OK, because we didn?t spend much time there, so we could walk arround and just come back "home" to rest.
