Central, ideal to visit around Lisbon City Centre, etc.
However, apartment a little "bare", no Internet (signal was there),
contact with person in charge quite impossible...

I stayed at Casa Carmo with a group of 4 friends for a weekend. The apartment was exactly as described with more than enough space and facilities.
It was spotlessly clean and more than enough linen for all.
The owner makes booking so easy and was very accomodating with our checkin & late check out.
The location in Chiado is perfect for exploring the city and for any foodies and or shopaholics!
I will defintely stay at this apartment next time I visit Lisbon!

The apartment is exactly as pictured and is spotless. Wood floors and lots of light. It is very close to both the train station and two subway lines and the famous "Tram 28". Essentially, the heart of Lisbon. The neighborhood is vibrant, with good food, shops and activities close at hand. We had four perfect nights there. Only comment--it can be noisy on the street at night, but it's a good natured noise.
