Welcome in this nice cottage, perfect for 7 people who are searching for quiet and relaxing holidays on the countryside.

This is a 160 m2 one-storey house located in a quiet area of Mallorca. There are four comfortable bedrooms, two with one double bed each, one with two twin beds and one with one single bed. You will have access to two bathrooms with shower., one of the outside the house.

The house has a warm and peaceful environment. Sit down on a comfortable sofa in the living room and relax reading a book or watching satellite TV. The living room with AC has a big table to have pleasant dinners with friends and family.

The kitchen has everything you need: toaster, coffee machine, oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge and a lot more. There is watching machine, iron and ironing board. At the patio you will find space to park your car.

The outside is really nice: go to the terrace and have a tempting barbeque, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 250 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6 people and loungers where you can sunbathe. The private pool measures 8 x 3 meters.

The house is located in an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. Just a few kilometres from the house you will find the town of Inca where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, sport area, bars and restaurants.

35 minutes drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquillity of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.
