About the Villa
This 300-year-old villa has all the charm of the area with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. The villa sleeps six, with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. It also has a DSL line and satellite dish. You can watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the gardens in the master bedroom. Downstairs is a gourmet kitchen (complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal), and full service laundry room.

It has been our dream to own a home in France. Now that the dream has come true for us, we would love to share it with you. Whether you have a week or a month to vacation in the South of France Mas St. Anne is a place where dreams come true. Filled with modern amenities and old world charm you can’t help but relax. Spend the day walking in the town of Le Bar-sur-Loup or take a beautiful 40 minute drive to Nice then return to your Villa for a bottle of French wine by the fire or in your private Jacuzzi. There are endless possibilities here for a vacation beyond your imagination.
The neighborhood is quiet, and you can't hear much except the birds during the day and the owls at night. The villa appears to be in a cul-de-sac all by itself even though neighbors (French, American, German and Scottish) are within five minutes. However, once you step into the property, it is as though there is no one else around.

We were looking for a quiet getaway where my husband could relax and work on his book, and I could walk some mountain trails. We were not disappointed. The house is located in a quiet area of Le Bar-sur-Loup and has a view to the mountains and great hiking trails behind the house.
What surprised us is that the location is only 15-20 minutes away from everything, from the mountain village of Gourdon to Grasse, Opio, Biot, and Tourette sur Loup.
As a wonderful cherry on top of the visit, the gourmet kitchen, although small, is wonderfully equipped with everything you need... and there are screens on all windows and door, something that never happens in Europe. -

Stunning villa is an absolutely apt description. The house itself and its location are magnificent and its owner has thought of all your possible needs. The last time I was there with a large group of friends and family. There was plenty of room so I could have privacy when I needed it and company when I wanted it.
Plan to have the vacation of a lifetime. -

Lovely house, beautiful gardens, spectacular views.
Modern well equipped kitchen. Laundry room. 2 bathooms. Wonderful if you want privacy amid glorious surroundings. Hot Tub in the garden. Outside dining areas. Roses, roses everywhere. And lavender. House filled with character and conveniences. I loved every minute. I have stayed at this villa several times. My only regret is that I couldn't walk to the village since it's rather isolated and the road is rather steep (and I'm rather old.) A car is necessary. Otherwise the location is perfect, with wonderful picturesque villages and towns close by.
