A few friends and I stayed here in March and had a great experience. The house was the perfect size for our group - we didn't even need the basement bedroom. Everything was clean upon arrival, well-maintained and easy to find/access. The wireless connection was confusing to set up initially but we got in touch with management and solved the issue quickly. Overall, a really great place to stay - 15 minute drive to alta/Snowbird, 30 minutes to Park City, 15 minutes to nearby city stores/markets/shops. Great for a small group - I think if we maxed out the amount of people that the house could fit, the living room would have gotten crowded. But overall, a really great place to stay and we'll definitely keep it in mind for return trips!

We have rented from you many times and this house really doesn't compare with your other rentals. It needs some definite updating the bedding is thin and old and the TVs are ancient. The bunk bed upstairs is so cheap that we were worried to let someone sleep up top.

The place is convinient. It is big enough for our group. Kids stayed in the basement playing most of the time and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. It has pretty much everything we needed inside the house. The staff is easily reachable and very accomodating for our special requests. We usually stayed in nice hotels when we travel. But the experience with Utah Vaction Homes really make us consider coming back here instead in the future. The only negative about this place is the mattress in the kids' bunkbed is not as comfortable as the kids like. My daughter complaint about it. But it's bunkbed. I don't really expect the mattress there to be high quality any way. This is one of my best vacations and the condo really made a good contribution to our experience.

Our group of 9 friends had a great stay in Valiant #1. The kitchen is very nice and large enough for cooking and eating group dinners, and the location is perfect for accessing Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. The hot tub is on the small side (4 adults max) and the pullout queen bed in the basement wasn't super comfortable, but other than that we had no complaints. This house would be ideal for two families with kids - there are two very nice rooms with queen beds (for the adults) and two somewhat less-nice rooms with bunk beds and the previously mentioned pullout bed.

we had a 8 family members and 2 friends ranging in age from 6 to 61 sharing this lovely townhouse. We enjoyed the house - the photo tour made us feel like we had already been there the first time we walked in. The garage with the park bench, an easy place to sort and store all that equipment, was a plus. Access to the slopes is a plus. The furniture is comfy and we all loved the big kitchen. The pool table was put to excellent use. The only disappointment for a house that sleeps 10 is that there are only 8 chairs - making it difficult to eat together. Also the only coffee mugs are HUGE. These are really minor issues - we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

8 of us stayed at Valiant for a long weekend in January. Location was great and the house was very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and the other amenities were nice (pool table, hot tub). The only disappointment was the TV situation. Old school standard def tv and basic basic cable. No CNN, ESPN, HBO etc. was pretty weak.
