I stayed at the chalet with my husband and daughter. The place was immaculate and very cozy. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Modern appliances, well furnished. Had a very Irish feel to it. The view from the chalet is spectacular. Rolling green hills, and a big pasture directly in front of the front door. Only about 15-20 minutes to Galway City which was quite fun to see. There are many tourist attractions a short driving distance from the Chalet. The town is quite quaint and the people are lovely. There definitely was a small town feel staying here. The pubs are loads of fun at night if that is your thing. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay.
