L'Ocee offers you a lush garden of more than 4300 m2, containing a private swimming pool (8x4 m, max depth 1,75 m), a petanque area, a swing and a big trampoline. Two bicycles, pool toys, ample garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

L'Ocee is equipped with WIFI and it has an indoor surface of 200 m2. In the basement is a washing machine/dryer, toys for children and you can play darts, pool, air hockey and table tennis there.

The living area is only accessible by staircase. The lounge/dining room is equipped with a television/DVD player, an electric 'fireplace', several games and books, a keyboard, a DVD-library and a radio.../stereo set which can play both CD's and MP3's. (Please bring your own!)

The lounge gives access to the 18 m2 terrace by a big sliding glass door. Parasols and sun loungers are available.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with a single bed. Each bedroom has its own fan and electric heater.

The master bedroom has its own shower and toilet attached.

In the main bath room exists of a bath/shower, a toilet and a hand basin. There's also a hair dryer.

The third toilet is in the hallway.

We provide for towels,bed linen, soaps and toiletpaper.

A baby chair and cot are available. (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot)

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an oven/cooker, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water cooker, a toaster, a juicer and all the kitchen utensils you might need.Read more

L'Ocee is situated just around the corner of the biggest European oak tree forest which is excellent for bicycle riding and long walks. Discover its wildlife and its art.

Within an hour by car you find several castles, lakes, spa towns, shopping centres, golf courses, racing circuits, vineyards, restaurants and picturesque towns and villages.

You can also pay a visit to a karting track, a Gallo-Roman site, the romantic Berry canal, Le Diamant Noir (museum of gold at St. Amand-Montrond), Athanor (a big recreation pavilion for children at Montlucon), Le Pal (an amusement park/zoo)

If you take the highway for one hour and a half, you'll be in the impressive and entirely different landscape of the dead volcanoes of Auvergne.

Other Activities: canoeing, horsebackriding, fishing, swimming, cycling, walking, electric boats on the Berry canal.

In the high season we offer only weekly rent. The start date is your arrival date. That's always a Saturday. You can not arrive earlier than 4 pm. The end date is the last full day you can spend at L'Ocee. For weekly rent that's always a Friday. The next day you have to leave at 10 am.

Only in the low and middle season we offer a rental period less than a week. The rental period is at least 3 days. The start date can be any day. The start date is your arrival date. You can not arrive earlier than 4 pm.The end date is the last full day you can spend at L'Ocee. The next day you have to leave at 10 am.

The security deposit is 50 pounds or 60 euro.
