THE VILLA

Aptly named "The Beachhouse" our villa has been fully renovated and furnished to combine traditional French features with contemporary amenities in the traditional seaside resort of Courseulles-sur-Mer. Separated by a pedestrianised promenade it is directly overlooking the sea, you could not get any closer! Courseulles-sur-Mer is an ideal base to explore Normandy with its vast coastline, rich culture and historical places of interest. The villa has a spacious... lounge with comfortable seating and is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, with a separate dining area and a well equipped kitchen. All of the bedrooms are light and airy. Double window doors open out from lounge onto the terrace which leads to the private garden with BBQ, seats and loungers.

OUTSIDE

The beachhouse has a south facing garden/courtyard including private parking spaces for three cars, patio with BBQ and furniture.

BEACH

It is literally a stones throw to the beach (5 metres!) so the magnificent sweeping views of this beautiful coastline are uninterrupted. This stretch of beach is world famous for being one of the five main landing sites (code name ‘Juno Beach’) used during the Allied invasion of the coast of Normandy on D-Day during World War II. The Juno Beach Centre/Museum is located just a 10 minute walk from the villa and is well worth a visit.

GOLF

There are 36 golf courses in Normandy, 12 of them enjoy sea views, and several of them boast a long history having been founded nearly a century ago. The majority of the courses have been designed by renowned British or American course designers, and have matured and improved to offer perfect golfing experiences. Deauville is well known for its upscale, luxury courses while those along the coast of the Seine Maritime are more traditional and scenic. The the courses are all open to non-members.

Prices are based on the whole Villa rental on a Self catering basis for 7 nights. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total villa cost is required within 7 days to secure the reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. A utilities charge will be deducted from your Deposit once meter readings have been agreed before departure.

Damage Deposit: The lessee is responsible for all damage to the property. To protect the interests of the owner a damage deposit of £250 will be added to your invoice. You should notify us of any further damage on arrival and any further damage or loss should be agreed with us before your departure. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, subject to there being no damage or losses.

Linen: Towel and bed linen hire available at £10 per person per week.
Utilities charge: This will be deducted from your deposit once meter readings have been agreed before departure.
Please Note: A full cleaning service is required on departure at a charge of £100 payable at time of booking.
