The Starfish Suite bedroom area looks out onto the garden, with views of Denman Island and the ocean. There is a comfortable queen bed with, TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo, wireless internet access, phone, stereo, books and board games.
Children are welcome. Ask about pets.
If you need more space, an additional bedroom is available with a queen bed and a twin bed. Perfect if traveling with teenagers or friends. Extra cost depends on number of guests.

We had everything we needed and more! The owners were so accommodating and it's such a beautiful property. It's quiet and overlooks the oyster beds and across to Denman Island and the mountains off in the distance. Top quality beds and linens, very well attended and very clean! We highly recommend for a super value at any price. We'll go back for sure! Karen & Keith know everything about the island and where to go to get it - just ask. Wonderful people.

This was my third short-term stay. We were three - a black lab and his two humans! We were allowed the use of the suite plus its adjacent bedroom. We were very impressed by the spaciousness, decor and the amenities provided. Come to think of it "very impressed" would be an understatement. Highly recommended!

I stayed several times at Karen and Keith's B&B;, as I always enjoy their nice welcome and suite. It is well located on Vancouver Island, close to nature.
The suite is well decorated, and very comfortable, with a kitchen if you feel cooking "at home"! They also serve a nice breakfast!

We had a great time at Bayview. The Starfish suite was beautifully decorated, fully equipped and immaculate. We were made to feel completely at home, and Karen had even made cookies for our arrival. We had the use of the adjoining twin room for our children, which was very spacious. Keith and Karen had provided lots of children's books and toys, which delighted our kids, and kept them entertained for hours. The garden was safe and enclosed, with a great barbeque and dining table and chairs for both adults and children. The views were beautiful.
The suite was very thoughtfully equipped, with everything you could possibly need, and much more. Several varieties of tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper... far above our expectations.
Karen and Keith were very welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. They gave us great local advice about places to visit, restaurants etc.
We would return at the first opportunity, and will not hesitate to recommend Bayview to others.

We truly had a wonderful relaxing time, the setting was great, room was comfortable and homey, and the options for recreation were plentiful. The hosts know how to do a B&B; properly - very warm and inviting, as if you were visiting relatives.
Please give this place a look if you're visiting the area. I believe you get more than you pay for in every aspect, you get wonderful people looking after you, two friendly and funny dogs to play with, and just a great setting to escape to.

We really enjoyed this siute. The room was comfortable, cleand and the service was top self. The property, pool hot tub were great. The breeze, siting outside and the view was great. We saw a Bald Eagle.
