Description

Modern light-filled home only a five minute walk to both the beach and the Main Street in Cowes and we're also Pet Friendly! We now also have WIFI and a porta cot.

We always try to offer an Early Check In of 12pm and a Late Check Out of 4pm wherever possible.

Cowes Retreat is fully fenced so it's very safe for children and pets and is also very private. There is room to securely park motorbikes and boats behind our high gates. This perfect home is ideal for family, friends and couples.

Wake up in the morning and enjoy your beach walk before breakfast, or have a BBQ in the evening with your friends. Modern furnishings and fixtures guarantees you will be back again.

The places to see and visit and the things to do are endless. There is something for everyone. You could hire a bike or enjoy a stroll along the beach. Kids can enjoy Amaze N Things, Go Karts, and visit the Seal Rocks, up to 6000 fur seals hang out here. Adults can enjoy a round of golf, tennis, bowling or take a cruise around the island. There are Art & Craft shops and Souvenir shops to visit. While you are there why not visit the Pyramid Rocks, Conservation Hill & Rhyll Inlet, Churchill Island, Sawn Lake or Forest Caves. A must for everyone, is a visit to the Penguin Parade, Australia's most popular wildlife attraction.

Getting around

You can catch a public bus in Main St, Cowes to anywhere in the island. There is also a bus stop on Church Street (cnr McHaffie st) which is only a 5 min walk away which will take you to Special Events on the Island.

Interaction with guest

There is a keysafe located next to the front door. Once your booking has been confirmed and paid in full, I will send you the code to the keysafe so that you can let yourself into our property. Once you have completed your stay, simply pop the keys back into the keysafe. The house is fully self-contained with a full kitchen containing everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. There is also a full laundry with washing machine/drier/clothes airer and a clothesline out the back. There is also a BBQ and outdoor setting in an undercover outdoor area. There is another outdoor setting on the grass out the front to enjoy those balmy beach evenings.

How do damage deposits work?
