Description from the owner

Nah Ha 602 is a luxurious, three master bedroom, privately owned condominium located on the quiet waters and streets of the North shore of Cozumel, Mexico. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from our expansive balcony, our oceanfront infinity pool and great snorkeling at this magnificent location.

Nah Ha is our personal home that we share with the discriminating vacationer on the island of Cozumel.

Nah Ha is Mayan for "House on the Water". We are so close to the ocean, a more appropriate description might be "House in the Water. Nah Ha is one of Cozumel's most prestigious oceanfront residential addresses. This eight story building is home...Read more

Nah Ha 602 is a phenomenal place! The condo has an open, spacious floor plan that provides beautiful ocean views from every room. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching cruise ships, dive boats, etc. go by. The condo had all the amenities any traveler could want. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area was never overcrowded and the snorkeling in front of the condo was spectacular. I loved that the condo was located in the quieter area north of town but was located perfectly to easily catch a cab for the short ride into town. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay while in Cozumel.

Spacious, contemporary and a dazzling view

Left on 01/17/2011 for a stay in January 2011

My husband and I plus two other couples shared this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo for a week over New Years. The owners were excellent to work with; you can tell that they enjoy sharing their Cozumel home with visitors. The condo was spacious and decorated with high quality sofa and other furnishings and colorful local artwork. The layout of the unit was fantastic - each bedroom had sufficient privacy and there was plenty of room in the common areas - living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony for us each to do our own thing in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and cookware to make all breakfasts and lunches plus a couple of dinners right at home, which made for a much more relaxing (and less expensive!) trip. Some things that I cared about that I can verify: plenty of bottled water was supplied for the icemaker and refrigerator cold water dispenser; the air conditioner is more than sufficient; the washer/dryer was very handy; cabs are easily picked up out front if you walk 30 yards or so towards town. It was an easy 35 minute walk to town, pretty well lit at night. Finally, you really can snorkel out in front of the condominium. The aquamarine water was warm and there were plenty of fish. We even saw dolphin offshore one day. The outdoor storage locker for wet snorkel gear was really handy. All of these are things you can't get at a hotel! It was like living in Cozumel, not like being a tourist.

      Wonderful Week

One of the most thoughtfully designed and equipped condos I've ever been in. Sea views from every bedroom and so close to the water the feeling is of being on a ship. Highlight was the huge balcony space. We all but lived out there. Beautiful pool/spa area as well and fantastic snorkeling right off the pool terrace! Only downside was the need to either rent a car or take taxis to get into town. On the other hand, the area is wonderfully quiet and relaxing and it is possible to have groceries and restaurant meals delivered, if a tropical cocoon is your aim. Owners were very helpful with shopping, dining, entertainment suggestions. Loved every minute of it.

Total Comfort and Convenience at Nah Ha 602!

Left on 09/16/2010 for a stay in September 2010

Nah Ha 602 was great, and exceeded our expectations...again! The condo and surrounding facilities had everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The weather was very hot and humid, so we enjoyed the comfortable interior and shaded exterior living areas, as well as having such easy 24 hour access to the pool and the terrific snorkeling right out in front of the condo. We rarely felt the need to leave these comfortable and beautiful surroundings!
Our host provided a wealth of information in the condo about Cozumel and all it has to offer. He even had a discount card for shopping at the Mega, and information on a delivery service that works with many favorite restaurants on the island! One worn out evening, we had a delicious dinner delivered to the condo within 40 minutes of ordering!
Isabella was great, and her spanish was especially helpful at Mayair for our departure.
All these little details make for a wonderful stay in paradise!

Nah Ha 602 was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. The condo is extremely well equipped and clean. Mark & Denise have done an awesome job of supplying everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. Not to mention being very available for any pre-trip questions. Their notebooks were very helpful for choosing where to go, what to see and where to eat. Isabella (their property manager) was very helpful with anything we needed, and really easy to get ahold of. She helped us book a couple different activities.

The views alone are worth the $. If our travels again take us to Cozumel, there is no where else we would stay than Nah Ha 602!!

      Saved our Trip

Left on 07/03/2010 for a stay in June 2010

I am originally from Cozumel living there most of my life. I wanted to do this big luxurious vacation for my sisters and my family by renting a house we could all stay at. We had made a reservation in the South end of the Island (Not Nah Ha). Nice complex, but I have an expectation of a "Luxury Condo" so when I walked into this place I was immediately disappointed and called to say I wanted something else. I won't go into ALL the reasons I wanted to change... but we up-rooted 5 adults and 2 toddlers the next day. The guy that set us up was so frustrated with the fact I wasn't happy with his alternative, he told me that I had 2 hours to get out and that he wasn't going to help me transfer.
Thankfully I had already gone to visit Nah Ha 602 that morning and knew it was what I wanted. A homey, contemporary, luxurious home FULLY stocked with anything a family could need. The lady in the office showed me 602 and gave me Isabella’s card. Within 1 hour of me speaking with her we had packed up and headed north. 602 was cleaned, prepped and ready for our arrival.
The first thing you’ll see is the endless view of the ocean and a nice clean shot of downtown San Miguel from the balcony. Being from Cozumel I rarely get to see it from such a great perspective (6 stories Up). We opened the drawers and there was stuff in them we could use, coffee mugs, pots, pans, everything. You could really tell that this was home that was cared for by the owners.

We were there during a storm so we were rained in most of the time, but the balcony was a great place to watch dolphins, cruise ships and the rain roll by. 602 was well furnished and the whole family said how “Homey” it was.
If you are looking for a home away from home and want views that are unmatched in Cozumel. I fully recommend you check out 602. You can feel comfortable in the fact that someone as picky as I am was more than satisfied with his experience there. Enjoy!

You discovered one of the great pleasures of Nah Ha Condominium....simply sitting on our expansive balcony and watching the sunsets, the ships, dolphins that swim by (and even the rain).

Nah Ha 602 is perfect. Plenty of room for the family with exceptional furnishings. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the pool but the availability of snorkeling right in front of the condo was both convenient and fun. We were never concerned about safety. Isabella, the manager, was very helpful and sweet. She arranged for a boat charter and also a swim with dolphins so we didnt have to worry about any details. The binders that were available in the condo were filled with information on the area and I even used the lending library. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone that likes to have the best and enjoys getting to know the locals.

We stayed at 602 April 18 -24, 2010. The condo was great. It was decorated
wonderfully and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. The
information available in the binders provided by the owner were very
informative and helped us figure out where to eat, beaches to visit, shopping
and etc. Prior to leaving for our vacation I was able to talk with Mark and he
had great information to make our trip easier.

Back to the condo, we spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the view, it
is spectacular. The pool was nice as well. It is an easy walk to downtown and
taxi's are everywhere if you need one. We have only one complaint and that is
our vacation came to an end.

We had a wonderful experience at Mark's Nah Ha condo. Our group consisted of three couples. The condo was more spacious than the photos show. We had everything we needed. Dolphins swimming by in the afternoon, beautiful sunsets, the pool to ourselves much of the time. The snorkeling just off the pool was better than anywhere else we went on the island and near Tulum. Isabella (local property manager) was so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much Mark! We hope to return.

Jennifer, Glad you had a good time. I assume you are talking about black pepper. It must have been in the cabinet, as we have a pepper grinder for fresh cracked pepper. We tried to provide sugar, but the humidity makes it lump up and made for less than great results. We provide a spice rack with about 20 different spices.

My husband and I stayed at Nah Ha in late March 2010. The condo is exactly what we expected - it was beautiful! But the view, the water and the snorkeling were better than expected. The snorkeling right in front of the condo was the best snorkeling we have ever had - the water was perfectly clear and there were thousands of fish! We even saw a dolphin from the balcony of the condo one afternoon. On the plane ride home we were already planning our trip back.

      Absolutely breathtaking!

Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in February 2010

My husband and I & another couple had been planning our first trip to Cozumel and I did a lot of research before deciding on Nah Ha 602. And man, did I make the right choice! We returned from Cozumel on Friday night after having a fabulous time. Your condo is absolutely beautiful! What a great job you've done equipping it with everything anyone could possibly want. I was particularly impressed with the binders full of information about everything on the island. It was very comforting to be so far from home and have all that information at our fingertips. Isabella too, was very helpful and even had flowers there upon our arrival...very sweet and thoughtful. I loved sitting on the porch staring out at the water, particularly at night with the moon shining on the water. It was just breathtaking. We also loved the location. It was nice and quiet at the north end and very easy to take a cab into town for dinner.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated with local art and we had more room than we knew what to do with. Snorkeling was fabulous right out in front. The first dy, we saw a huge spotted ray 10 yards from the shore. It was incredible! Other days we saw all kinds of beautiful tropical fish. When we wern't in the ocean, we enjoyed the beautiful pool area and basically had it all to ourselves.

Nah Ha 602 filled our every need and more. Don't waste your money on a small hotel room when you can have a gorgeous 2500 square foot home all to yourself! You won't be sorry. We are looking forward to our next trip alreay. Thank you Mark and Denise!

      Magical Paradise

Left on 11/08/2009 for a stay in October 2009

We entered Nah Ha 602 and our immediate impression was "WOW". This condo is amazingly beautiful and very large. We had plenty of room to spread out so everyone could relax. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful, quiet and peaceful getaway with plenty of room for fun as well as relaxation. If you are looking for a tastefully decorated, fully appointed vacation get away, look no further! This condo has nicer amenities than I have at my own home and has everything that anyone could need while on vacation. It won’t disappoint.

The oceanfront balcony is expansive, or you can enjoy the pool area which is beautiful and well maintained. There are steps leading down into the ocean to swim and snorkel. The location is just a few minutes’ drive to downtown Cozumel or maybe a 5 minute bike ride. My husband and I live on an island, Key West, Florida, but we plan to return to again experience this kind of island living……which includes waking up to the sound of the ocean, the constant breeze (turn off the AC) and the spectacular view of turquoise water from the ocean front balcony.

For recommendations for trendy and/or good, unpretentious, local cuisine with lots of character and authentic Mexican style, or sightseeing tips, day and night entertainment, and favorite beach guides (including boating and fishing, etc.) there is a book provided by the owner on the coffee table full of recommendations. This reference guide is a fountain of information and kicked up our vacation experience to a level of feeling like we were locals. You can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into this book and you can add some of your experiences as well.

Also, we enjoyed driving across the island to “the other side” to see beautiful beaches and stopping at a quirky place called “Coconuts” on the east side of Cozumel. It is a fun and festive spot and there are spectacular cliff views not to mention a great atmosphere. The dogs are pretty cool too.

Everything the Doctor ordered and more

Left on 09/18/2009 for a stay in March 2008

My wife and I spent 7 wonderful day in the Nah Ha #602 condo. The home was far my beautiful than the photos on the web site. The views of the cruise ships coming in and the fishing boats getting ready for the day were right there every morning while we sat and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. Since we had been to Cozumel 4 times before, we thought that we knew the island pretty well. How wrong we were. Mark and Denise had prepared a notebook with reviews of places to go, things to do, and great places to eat. This was by far the nicest place that we have stayed on the Island. The beautiful Isabella was right there to meet as as we arrived, and had great suggestions for our stay. She made us feel very welcome and at ease. Xochelt, the cleaning lady came every other day to keep the place sparkling clean. My wife was recovering from breast cancer surgery and treatment so we needed someplace special--this place surely was what the Doctor ordered and more. The other reviews i've read of #602 are really accurate. We will return again.

Nah Ha 602 in absolutely gorgeous!! We had a wonderful stay.We were 2 couples traveling together so we had to find equal accommodations for each couple.Nah Ha works perfectly for 2 or 3 couples. Two oceanfront bedrooms both with ultra comfy king beds and private luxurious baths with walk in closets and deep soaking tubs.A third bedroom with 2 twins(can be made into a king) and private bath also had an oceanview. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare drinks and meals. The bottled water that was dispensed through the refrigerator door and used to make ice really gave us peace of mind. The kitchen, living and dining room all overlook the ocean. There is direct TV with a home theater and XM radio. The oceanfront balcony is where we spent most of our time. The color of the water is soooo pretty-blue,green,turquoise and crystal clear.Having our morning coffee watching the cruise ships come into Cozumel was a perfect way to start the day then having a drink while watching the sunset. On most days,we saw dolphins right in front of the condo. The oceanfront pool is great and we snorkeled right in front of the condo with equipment provided by the owners. We went to different restaurants every night for dinner and were able to choose where to go because the owners have a binder in the living room filled with reviews and coupons that helped us decide. There is also a washer & dryer so we could pack lighter. We even had free wi-fi so we could stay in touch with people back home. The people of Cozumel are warm and kind and we are really looking forward to a return trip. The condo was spotlessly clean and the manager lives right next door in case there's a problem.Thank you Mark & Denise for sharing your beautiful home with us.It is so nicely decorated and welled stocked. You thought of everything-even blow dryers!!Writing this review made me miss Nah Ha & Cozumel even more. The website that depicts Nah Ha 602 is impressive. Great photos and detailed descriptions of what one is to expect when renting the condo. The reality is, however, that pictures can never truly express the greatness of the condominium and Nah Ha 602 in particular. We were speechless upon arrival. The owners have done a remarkable job furnishing the unit with every amenity needed. The view from the balcony of the coast and surrounding areas is stunning, one finds oneself spending a large amount of time simply sitting admiring the view. Nah Ha?s proximity to town is convenient, simply a short 5 minute taxi ride. Its location North of town also guarantees solitude, the week we were there we met not more than a dozen people staying at Nah Ha or the properties next door. If you?re looking for an upscale property at a very reasonable price then Nah Ha 602 is for you!

Nah Ha 602 is a wonderful place to vacation. It is away from the bustle of downtown so was very peaceful and quiet. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with lots of nice touches in art and furnishings. Great pool and good snorkeling right in front of the condo, even for less experienced snorklers.

Mark and Denise are great to work with. They were always available to answer questions and make recommendations. They are very knowledgeable about Cozumel and steered us in the right direction for dive shop, car rental and activities. The books and maps that they've compiled on restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife and shopping were invaluable.

Everyone at Nah Ha will do their best to make your vacation enjoyable and stress-free. Isabella spent a lot of time helping to plan activities including calling and making reservations. The property staff made sure the condo and grounds were clean and well-kept.

This condo is not recommended for people with children. The pool is always quiet and I enjoyed reading in the lounge chairs. The snorkeling in front of the condo is fantastic. Even with the swift current it was very enjoyable. This unit #602 was very comfortably decorated and lended itself to relaxation. All of the comforts of home with none of the stress! We also really enjoy not being in downtown. The north hotel zone is much quieter. Wonderful stay. Will return.

We had the pleasure of staying at Nah Ha for 3 incredible days. It really did feel like a home and somewhere that you could be very comfortable in. You certainly can not beat the location as you are right on the water. Lucky for us, the weather was perfect so we did not need to use the A.C. One of my favorite memories is sleeping and hearing the water just outside, it really makes you feel that you are floating on the waves. The island of Cozumel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and to stay at Nah Ha was 100% pure pleasure. We absolutely loved it! It is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! If you are planning a trip, it is the place you should stay, no question. If you do not have a car (as we did not), it is a short and lovely walk to the town and a very quick bike ride!

Left on 05/25/2009 for a stay in April 2009

My husband, 2 friends and I stayed at this condo for one week end of March/April, 2009. It highly exceeded our expectations! The decor was impeccable and the view from the very large balcony was breathtaking! All of the staff we encountered that worked at the condo were helpful and quite friendly. My 3 travel mates are all divers so there was a nice locker on the first floor of the building for the storage of all of their gear. I did cook a few times and the kitchen was large and had all of the necessary items I needed to make whatever I cooked! The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful, complemented with comfortable beds. It was nice staying at Naha 602 as when we were out, it was great to come back to a "home" type atmosphere as opposed to a "sterile" 1 room hotel room. I would recommend this condo to all that appreciate the finer things in life as well as beautiful views, nice neighbors and helpful staff. I hope to be back soon!

      Exquisite Condo

Left on 05/22/2009 for a stay in June 2008

This condo is exquisite! We were all thrilled. We loved the view from the balcony with those amazing sunsets and what a treat to see the cruise ships come and go. We were glad we weren't on them.

I think that the most exciting part for all of us was snorkeling right outside the condo. The fish were abundant and we even saw an octopus, huge green eel, and several sting rays. The snorkeling there was as good as anywhere.

Thanks for everything. Isabella, Daniel, and Xochilt, were very kind. The suggestions and recommendations were priceless. We will never forget our "graduation celebration" trip to Cozumel. We will forever recommend this home away from home.

      Very Nice!!!

Left on 05/22/2009 for a stay in February 2008

We've stayed in this condo for the past 3 years and it's absolutely great. It's nice being away from the downtown area, but still close for services. Very quiet, relaxing, nice pool area. Very clean and secure building and grounds. Owners have a tremendous resource binder of things to do or not do which is very helpful to newcomers and as updates for returning people. We're planning to go back again this winter. It's a definite yearly trip for us. Fishing is great too!!

      Fabulous spot

Left on 05/21/2009 for a stay in July 2008

My family has been returning to Nah Ha every summer for the last two years. Cozumel is a wonderful place for a family holiday as the island is quiet and very safe with none of teh crazy night life of near by Playa del Carmen. Playa is a 40 minute ferry ride away and a nice day trip but really Cozumel has all you really need for a great holiday. The condo is beautifully equipped to prepare meals if you wish but the local restaurants are wonderful and great fun to try. Mark and Denise, the owners, have compiled a great book which is kept in teh condo for all guests to use, which gives reviews of teh local beaches, bars and restaurants and is vey helpful for first time stayers.
The condo itself is amazing with a lovely pool and the beautiful caribbean ocean at the doorstep. Snorkling is right off teh pool deck and better than Hawaii in our opinion. The three bedrooms are nicely and comfortably decorated and all rooms have their own ensuites, a plus for families travelling with teenagers.
I would highly recommend Nah Ha for anyone looking for a laid back vacation on a beautiful island filled with friendly people especially if there are any "foodies" in the group.

      Pinch me, am I dreaming?

We were planning a "sister" outing to Cancun. I checked out Coz for a snorkeling day trip. I felt Coz was a better fit for us due to the quaint town, the awesome snorkeling and lack of high school partiers.
While looking for a hotel, I stumbled upon Nah Ha and, from that moment, I was hooked. It turned out to be everything we could have imagined. If I had a place like this, I would have a hard time opening it up to strangers. We are very grateful that you did.
Isabella was very helpful and not just another pretty face. Xochilt, the maid, is a real sweetheart. We enjoyed talking to her and learning some of their customs. Thanks so much for sharing Nah Ha with us.

      Cozumel at its best

Left on 05/18/2009 for a stay in April 2008

Cozumel is a world-class scuba diving destination. My wife & I have been several times, staying at the Intercontinental El Presidente. My wife found Mark's place when we wanted to return, & we booked it.

This is a great condo in a fabulous building. On one side is the jungle, with the Caribbean on the other. Six floors up, the views are great. You cannot go wrong staying here. To return to the Intercontinental would be a step down.

      Loved Nah Ha 602

We had seen the on-line photos of 602 and were expecting a very nice vacation spot, but could not in our wildest dreams have anticipated what we saw upon entering for the first time--a stunning, panoramic view of the ocean and mainland, accompanied with blessed air-conditioning. Next, we noticed the top-of-the-line furniture and accent pieces, and especially the original art work--all very beautiful and professionally coordinated. Most impressive was the bedroom at night with the curtains open--the lights of Playa del Carmen and Cancun across the water, and what has to be the most comfortable mattress in the world. We haven't slept that good in years! Then, waking up in the AM to see the Cruise ships heading into port. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. There was a plethora of things to see and do, or as in our case mostly enjoying the cool breezes on the balcony or lounging at the pool. The kitchen was very modern and well-equipped and the 3 1/2 baths were luxuriously appointed. The comprehensive local guidebook provided by the owners was particularly helpful in selecting places to see and restaurants to visit. Saved us hours of time and wasted effort. In summary, a wonderful vacation in a luxury condominium. Looking forward to a return visit

This is a beautifully furnished condo with room to spare & a terrific ocean view. The location is on the quiet northwest end of the island, but is an easy drive or cab ride to town.

You defiantly will not be disappointed. The best view, location, and the very best water. The accommodations are 5 star in every category. There were six of us and had more room then we needed. This is the first time we stayed at this location but have been to the same area 9 straight years. This is a gorgeous place, very relaxing and has all that you need. The owners are great and the staff outstanding.
