Ironman Athletes
Atlanta, GAPerfect stay for Ironman Cozumel!
Left on 01/21/2013 for a stay in November 2012
Our stay was beyond expectation! When we arrived at the airport we were welcomed then followed to the condo by Encarna, the property manager who gave us a tour of the condo. She was tremendously helpful and checked in with us throughout our stay. She arranged to have a massage therapist come to the condo to give post Ironman race massages. She even arranged to have her husband, Tony also an Ironman triathlete and owner of Scuba Tony's Dive Shop, give us tips of the course. Since we were there during Thanksgiving, Encarna recommended a restaurant serving a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner.
The condo as described by others are accurate. Beautifully decorated with ample space-you don't feel crowded. Resting before the race is equally important to training and the condo provided a serene environment to settle nervous energy. Large ceiling to floor windows with views overlooking the ocean, spectacular sunsets, warm breezes and an inviting balcony to read and relax. If you are looking to catch up on movies you were unable to see during training, the condo has a full DVD selections and satellite to U.S. stations and movie channels.
The condo is on the run course, only 3-1/2 miles from the finish-just in case you are inclined to walk back after completing 140.6 miles. Otherwise the cab fare is less than $10. If you want to relax in the hot tub after the race, talk with the pool keepers they will turn on the heat in the evening.
Sandy and Encarna really made our stay memorable. I look forward to coming back!

Words can simply not do this place enough justice. Amazing amenities, a great pool and the most amazing ocean views. It was just a perfect vacation in every sense of the word. Sandy really has done such a wonderful job with making people feel comfortable - she has thought of everything. My family and I had such a relaxing and fun time in Cozumel, and it was all thanks to this wonderful setup. I can't wait to go back. I would never stay anywhere else in Mexico again!

My husband and I have been frequent travelers to Riviera Maya for many years now. This year we decided to spend a week on the island of Cozumel in Sandy's lovely condo. We went with two of our adult children and had the most amazing time. Sandy has truly thought of everything! It's as if you are her personal guest, staying in her home. Anything she hasn't told you, she provides to you in writing, so you immediately feel like you "live” on the island.
The condo is supplied with everything you need. It is extremely comfortable and the views are stunning! It is perfectly situated between the "quiet and relaxing” side of the island and the "bustle” of the downtown area. You can go hop in the pool--or hop in the ocean! We saw incredible fish and even octopus, snorkeling right off the back of the condo. You just couldn't make a better choice for the perfect vacation!

We have rented a number of rental properties for winter vacations and Nah Ha 301 is at the top of the list. The view from both inside and out on the balcony is breath-taking, and it varied throughout the day. It was always beautiful and interesting, but not obtrusive, to see ships quietly sailing by. You could watch the coming and going of the cruise ships docking in San Miguel from the balcony, but there was no noise as it is far enough away. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and everything worked. There is lots of space in the condo and everything you could want in the kitchen if you like to cook. Sandy, the owner, had information readily available months before we left and she also had tons of information in the condo about things to do and where to eat in Cozumel. She readily answered any questions we had. Everything was smooth sailing from the time we booked until the time we left. The town of San Miquel is interesting with many shops and great, inexpensive eats, and the people of Cozumel were very welcoming. I would highly recommend Kondesa for a fine dining experience. If you like to walk, there are miles of paved pathways along the ocean road which is right outside the front door of the condo building. This is a gorgeous property with an exceptional owner. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. Hope to return soon!

After traveling to Mexico over 10 times, this was by far the best trip I have even been on. The condo is prestine, and the views are stunning. I could not stop taking pictures! It feels like home. We were able to take the short walk into town and enjoy the local food and music. Truly an amazing time, and the owners are incredibly generous and hospitable. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!

Our family of four just returned from a week at the beautiful Nah Ha 301 condo. We were met at the airport by the property manager, Encarna, who was very helpful and showed us the spacious, modern condo with a large balcony and spectacular view. The groceries that we had asked to be purchased for us were put away and ready for us - no need to run to the store the minute you get there. The bedrooms are nicely furnished, each have their own bathroom, the beds are comfortable. Sandy has some great recommendations for places to eat, beaches to go to, things to do in general. We really had a wonderful stay and a great time!

Left on 08/29/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo in every way. The pictures that are posted on the website were what helped us decide to choose this condo. Upon arriving, we were surprised to find out that it was much nicer than it appears to be. It was gorgeous! The view we had was unbelievable! The place had wonderful furnishings and was very clean. We spend many romantic evenings on the deck enjoying the sunsets. I would highly recommend staying here, the place was great!!!
Sandy made us feel very comfortable about the entire bookings experience and Encarna was a great resource once we arrived in Cozumel. We came to Cozumel to dive and we had fabulous diving. My husband is a golfer and it was a plus that the condo was minutes to the golf course. We found the North end of the island wonderfully peaceful but close enough to town for shopping and dining.

We also enjoyed the gift basket, that was a nice touch. I must also add that view of the ocean and the sunsets were spectacular.

I knew that we were in good hands even before our arrival. The info packet that was sent was very informative and full of great insider info.
Upon arrival, I was met by Encarna who is the property manager. I received a very warm greeting and a quick tour of the condo which is gorgeous. Encarna made sure that I knew that she would be available if we needed anything and though we are pretty self sufficient travelers it was nice to know that there was someone around incase we needed assistance.
The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped. There was absolutely nothing that I needed that was not available on premises.
Even small details like bottled water for brushing your teeth are thought of. Sandy pays great attention to the little details, like providing sunscreen in the welcome basket. Not necessary, but great if you forgot to bring your own. This kind of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire condo.
The view from the patio is incredible and we spent many evenings out there watching the starts and the cruise ships go by.
Sandy did a great job in putting together binders with restaurant menus, island activities and miscellaneous island info. All of the restaurant recommendations were spot on and if you are new to the island her recommendations are a safe bet.
I would stay here again without any hesitation and will most likely be back.

The bed was really comfortable and the view while you were laying in bed was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the beautiful water. The pool and jacuzzi were nice also. The information books about Cozumel really came in handy. It was nice to have restaurants suggested by Sandy and Lyle. We had the opportunity to spend 10 days in the simply gorgeous Nah Ha 301 condo. From our initial contact with Sandy (owner) until the moment we closed the door behind us to go home, the ease with which we were able to get both in and out was sheer perfection. This condo is absolutely beautiful, with every possible amenity one could ever hope for in a vacation home. From the kitchen stocked with every cooking tool imaginable, (including a goodie basket filled with treats and cold drinks in the fridge upon our arrival), to the super comfy bedding and towels. The really large selection of movies and games were perfect after a full day in the sun and water, and information on local beaches, restaurants et al. really came in handy. We loved having laundry facilities - one needs only a couple of swimsuits and flipflops (street clothing optional in my opinion). We were met at the airport by the lovely property manager, Encarna, who showed us to the condo which is perfectly situated on the island - very helpful. Each of the three bedrooms were huge, with awesome bathrooms, and most importantly allowed one to see the ocean from bed. The condo property was extremely quiet and beautifully maintained. Maid service was provided each day (except Sunday), an amenity usually not found if you are not in a hotel. There are some fantastic restaurants suggested by Sandy and Lyle - many of which we tried and loved. Something we discovered was the pollo carbon (grilled chicken) shops, of which there are many, and were great for picking up on the way home from the beach. We were 5 adults and selected one and a half chickens (served with tortillas, rice, pickled onions and a spicy sauce) that stuffed us all for only $11. Super yummy! We had such a wonderful time, none of us wanted to leave. Thank you Sandy and Lyle for sharing your beautiful home with us. The memories we made will last a lifetime!

Our group headed to Cozumel to dive with Scuba Tony for our open water certification and had the pleasure of staying at the Nah Ha 301 condominium. The condo was amazing in terms of location, the view, and amenities. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we found each room comfortable and private. Sandy, the owner, was incredible in ensuring that our stay was to our expectations. She provided us with details about preferred dining locations and activities that we might enjoy. As first time guests of Cozumel, we felt prepared and confident to venture out with the information Sandy provided us. Jackson, WyomingOur perfect Vacation!
Left on 07/01/2010 for a stay in June 2010
From the moment I contacted the owner of condo 301 to the point of our arriving at the doorstep of the condo everything went smoothly. At first I was concerned about booking a privately owned condo, we have usually stayed at hotels. Our family will never stay at a hotel again! We felt as though we had our own piece of paradise every time we walked into our “home away from home”.
Let me start with our landing in Cozumel. Encarna, the property manager was waiting for us as we cleared customs and helped us with our rental car. After a long day of traveling we were pleasantly surprised that the refrigerator was stocked with cool drinks and a basket of snacks to munch on was waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful ocean view sipping a cold drink minutes after arriving at the airport! Encarna gave us a tour of the condo and pointed out all of the amenities.
We rented a condo so we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning and possibly cook some meals at home. We found a grocery store in town called Mega that was as well stocked as any store in the U.S. We especially loved the bakery. We tried many restaurants on the island. Some of our favorites included, Kinta, Guido’s, Parilla Mission and we loved having lunch at the Museum on the island.
We went scuba diving most mornings with Scuba Tony. We can’t say enough about their dive operation. The boat was spotless and we loved the fact that they have a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
We spent most afternoons at the pool at the condo. This was our ideal vacation. Diving and relaxing. We did drive around the island one day and enjoyed the view from a restaurant/bar called Coconuts. If you have time I would suggest driving around the island at least once during your trip. We always felt totally safe in Cozumel This is hopefully our first trip of many visits to condo 301.

The level of service they offer is amazing. We spent our winter vacation there. We were met at the airport by the property management and she helped us out with the car rental. We were given a detailed tour of the condo and the grounds.
Nah Ha 301 has three bedrooms/three bathrooms and is waterfront. The view from the private terrace is stunning.I have never seen water like that.
Naha has Internet, FREE calls to the United States, Dish Network satellite TV.
There’s so much attention to detail in that condo that makes your stay so easy. They even provide sewing kits!
The owner has put together super detailed information from the island, she even provides menus of the most popular restaurants . We did enjoy the lasagna at Il Gardino, thank you Sandy. We would have never found that restaurant if it hadn’t been for you!
There are also piles of information on “things to do on the island”. Sandy even has discount coupons for restaurants and stores for her guests.
The Master bedrooms have king size beds and they are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The guest suite bed has a wonderful lounge chair with an incredible view of the Caribbean, from where my daughter read for hours to end.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine.
The grounds are fantastic, the Jacuzzi, the swimming pool, everything spotless.
It's only 5 minutes away from downtown and there is a reserved parking area for your rental car.
A delightful vacation that hope to repeat sooner rather than later
I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at the Nah Ha condo and all I keep hearing is when can we go back. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. Sandy does an amazing job at making all of her guest feel at home in this paradise. The condo is extremely well maintained, spacious and is stocked with all the essentials one would need including bathroom toiletries, beach towels, snacks and best of all cold beverages in the refrigerator. She has gone to great lengths to provide her guest with all the inside information on getting around the island. Each day we would wake up and look through the binders of information to plan out our day of adventure. At the end of each day we looked forward to returning to the condo to watch the beautiful sunset. I guess I can’t blame my family, who wouldn’t want to go back. Thanks so much Sandy!!

HoustonAnother great experience on Cozumel
Left on 03/20/2010 for a stay in March 2010
Our family flies to Cozumel from Houston in March every year. We love the island, and the quieter pace of events compared to Cancun. We have stayed in four different condominium properties over the course of time. This year we chose to stay in Nah Ha 301. It was our first time in the Nah Ha complex, and we happily recommend it to family and friends.
The condo comes with everything you can imagine. It has robust air conditioning, amazing balconies, two complete master suites, a third bedroom with two twin beds. It has 3 full bathrooms, the full array of kitchen appliances. We had access to an over/under clothes washer/dryer. We have stayed in other condos where the washer/dryer was locked and not accessible to guests. The owner has carefully labelled everything...from the drawers in the kitchen to the satellite TV. There are games and DVD's and all the bath and beach towels we needed. With the new airline rules, it was nice to cut back a little bit on what we had to pack.
The condo is on the north side of town, and you can snorkel by just jumping off the concrete pier. There are plenty of fish to watch.
We emailed a shopping list to the manager ahead of time, and all of our groceries were bought and put away when we walked in the door. Just a small fee. The beer was cold, the chips were salty, and we could just pile together a sandwich and go count the cruise ships in port.
There are 3-ring binders that have information about local restaurants and activities. We were on the 3rd floor (one up from street level), so we only used the elevator on the first day and the last day (for the luggage). This building has a nice pool and two spas, one heated.
There was a local phone and an internet phone. The wireless internet access worked 100% of the time and was plenty fast for all of our needs. There is a reserved parking space, but we take taxis to town for dinner, so there is no need to rent a car if you are planning to just relax. -

Sandy's condominium on the beautiful island of Cozumel was everything promised and more! From the time we committed to the online booking, Sandy made sure we had all the inside information and advice necessary to enjoy all the highlights of our island vacation. As spectacular as the property was, Sandy and Encarna's guidance and preparation enhanced the entire experience, from meeting us at the airport and leading us to the property, to recommendations for dining and grocery shopping. Their extra effort was truly above and beyond what we expected, making our family vacation so much more relaxing, comfortable and convenient.
Our group of five had room to spare in the condo, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean. I only hope that we can return soon! -

Our first time booking a vacation rental unit over a hotel and a first trip to Mexico for 4 of us resulted in a fantastic stay at Nah Ha 301. From our first email contact with Sandy to our date of arrival, she made the whole experience worry free and provided us with a wealth of information about Cozumel. Nah Ha 301 was the perfect accommodation for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenager boys. Sandy did not miss a beat, from being greeted at the airport by Encarna who assisted us in picking up our rental vehicle and escorting us to Nah Ha 301, to the wonderful assortment of cold drinks and snack basket that awaited our arrival. Nah Ha 301 was more than we expected, but truly hoped for; the whole unit is large, bright, well laid out, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Each bedroom having its own walk-in closet and attached bathroom was a treat all in its own. All the necessary amenities were provided and then more, movies for all ages, cards, board games, books, etc. We did not want for anything. The housekeeper, Gabby, who at our request did not arrive before 11:00 a.m., was very friendly and keeps the unit spotless. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the large balcony watching the numerous cruise ships come and go, admiring the sun sets and beautiful turquoise blue ocean – What a spectacular backyard!
We were very impressed with the whole Nah Ha Condominium complex from the parking lot to the pool area, it was spotless and was consistently being cleaned. We found the pool to be a little cool, but just steps away one could snorkel in the warm ocean water. The quieter location was perfect for us, close to the airport, golf course and only a $5.00 US taxi ride to town.
Thanks Sandy for making our holiday in Cozumel such a wonderful memorable experience. We will definitely recommend Nah Ha 301 to our family and friends.

Our visit to Cozumel and Nah Ha 301 is one that we will be talking about for a long time. It was magical!
The condo at 301 Nah Ha is not a typical place to stay on the island. The condo is beautifully decorated, which made us feel welcome and comfortable in our home for the week. Waking each morning to the hushed sound of the ocean, and being able to see the beautiful Caribbean from bed, we felt like we discovered a secret!
The condo feels large, but homey at the same time. The bedrooms are large and well separated - everyone feels like they have their own space. We fully appreciated the well-supplied kitchen for making breakfast while looking out over the beautiful ocean.
As frequent travelers, we can appreciate the effort that goes into preparing a condominium for guests. Sandy does an incredible job of thinking of every detail for a great stay. Along with the condo having everything we needed, there was also a plentiful amount of information about the island available. There were binders full of restaurant menus, suggestions for destinations, and information on the many activities available on the island.
After our experience, we won't stay anywhere else on Cozumel except Nah Ha 301! We can't wait to go back! -

Marvelous place to wake up in the morning with an expectacular ocean view and rest during the day!
My experience at Nah-ha 301 is one to remember for many years. For me the condominio was a peaceful place, with a wonderful common area. When I woke up in the morning, the silence was broken only by the waves and some small ships .You can see cruise ships going by from the condo. The condominio is on an exclusive area on the north of the island, near the center (you have to take a taxi or rent a car) but in an first class zone and also near luxury hotels . The decoration is very nice, and the beds, bathrooms, living room and kitchen are plenty of good details (included information of places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc).
Outside, I enjoyed the swimming pool, the sun, the silence of a unique place, and also the sea. The ocean near the swimming pool is fantastic .
Everything is carefully taken care of , the grass, the lounge chairs, the tables, the pool.
It is also a nice place to do sport: training, running, swimming, preparing for the Iromen Cozumel Edition.
The property manager was very acommodating and attentive.
Finaly the cultural life of the island, it was a fantastic experience, I was in Cozumel during the Cultural Revolution (20th November), and the island stopped for that great day. And also for the Ironman edition (27th November), people were really excited about it!!
Well I have traveled to England, Germany, Portugal, France, and for me, Nah Ha 301, will be remembered as the best place I have been to.
Saludos from Spain.

I was recently lucky enough to get to visit Cozumel and got to stay at Nah Ha 301. What an amazing place! I cannot say enough good things about the condo. The decor was absolutely stunning and the views will take your breath away. You really feel as if you are on a cruiseship as you stand on the large balcony over looking the beautiful ocean. The waves come crashing up by the pool and the feeling of peace and tranquility is overwelhming. The island is very charming and the people welcoming. I will certainly return soon and will stay at Nah Ha 301. It was a perfect trip and I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I have three adult children and
two of them have spouses..... So, we're at the point in our lives we didn't want to deal with little kids dive bombing the pool or obnoxious people swimming up to the pool bar.
Nah Ha 301 had it all! Professionally decorated,
sleek and modern, with every amenity you can think
of.... Views of the Azure blue water out of every
window.... a pool that overlooks the blue ocean.
If you want to go to town for dinner it's close,
and if you want peace and quiet, it's all there.
Fully appointed kitchen, attention to detail....
and above all? Communication... from start to
finish and even a check in by the property manager
to see if it's all good.
and it's better than good.... it's a RE-DO !!!

On a recent vacation, we had the pleasure of visiting the intriguing island of Cozumel. It was without a doubt one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and being able to stay at Nah Ha while taking in the loveliness of Mexico made our stay much more exquisite. The room was perfectly located with access to the many attractions of Cozumel just minutes away, and with a gorgeous view of the ocean at your backdoor. The room was very spacious with all the appealing amenities needed to enjoy an exotic getaway while still feeling cozy and safe in the comfort of a home. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and living areas...they create a perfect socializing environment overlooking the water. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well laid-out, with elegant furnishings and a very warm ambiance...perfect for unwinding at the end of an eventful day. And finally, the swimming pool/patio area provided the ideal place for sipping on margaritas, taking in the Sun, and staring out into the stunning blue waters of the Yucatan peninsula. One detail that still stands out to me is how beautiful the people of Cozumel are. Everyone we met, both at Nah Ha, and around the island in general were just very inviting, friendly, and lovely. They go out of their way to make one feel like family. Personally, I would rate the home at Nah Ha with five glowing stars...it truly lives up to the name of "Oceanfront Paradise!" Thank you so much, and we hope to visit again very soon!!! Adios!!!

What an outstanding vacation at Nah Ha. It was one of the best trips I have ever had. First of all, Nah Ha #301 is beautiful, clean and is very modern. We could enjoy the incredible view from the living room, over the pool and ocean, while listening to our iPod through the docking station. We really enjoyed making Pina Coladas while watching the epic sunsets. The satellite television also provides a crystal clear picture as well. The maid kept the place immaculate during our stay as well. The condominium is very updated and modern with excellent air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms which have amazing views as well. The closets are large and very nice. We spent a decent amount of time on the lounges and chairs on the spacious patio. No one had any problem falling asleep on the comfortable beds. The bathtub was very nice and had plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer can be used or the clothes left for the maid to clean depending on how ambitious you are feeling down there.
I have travelled extensively around the world and this is one of the very best trips I have been on. We all dropped down a few notches as we settled in to this beautiful place. I believe a large part of that was the quality of Nah Ha, but also the management of this particular unit. The notebook of suggestions was the icing on the cake. It was very nice not having to become a tour guide on your own. The suggestions were excellent. The only thing I would change is the length of our next trip. It will be longer and in Nah Ha #301!

Wow! We don't know where to begin. We have stayed at Nah Ha #301 numerous times. Each time has been better than the last, as we used Sandy's recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Nah Ha 301 is very luxurious, and always immaculate. We have enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets of any of our adventures throughout the world.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and anything else you could ever need. There's purified water dispensed through the refrigerator, and the ice is also made with purified water. There's a purified water backup dispenser as well.
Nah Ha 301 is very spacious - I would guess 3,000+ square feet. There are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each one has been accented with painted headboard walls, colors picked by an interior designer from the states with immaculate taste. It's a combination of modern architecture with "old Mexico" appeal.
The third floor is the perfect height, as you actually enter the "complex" on the second floor. It's only one flight up by steps (or by elevator) to the two unit per floor landing. There's enough height to allow you to look out over the beautiful pool and whirlpools, and enjoy the incredible Caribbean turquoise waters.
The "family room" is very inviting, and comfortable. There is a large LCD TV (as well as one in two of the three bedrooms) which gets Dish Network reception. There is a high-speed wireless Internet connection, as well as a Vonage phone connection that allows free calls to anywhere in the U.S. and most of Western Europe.
DVD players in the "family room" and bedrooms, an I-Pod docking station (so we could have music during dinner parties), a balcony that we could entertain on, and each evening enjoy the incredible sunsets. There is nothing that has been overlooked!
This is a no-brainer, this is our top vacation destination as long as Sandy owns it, and Encarna manages the property.

We spent our honeymoon at NaHa 301 and what a perfect setting. There were rose petals on the bed and in the bathtub when we walked in, it was so romantic. And the view, oh my gosh, incredible. There’s nothing like the Caribbean for color and clarity.
NaHa was bigger than our apartment back home and better equipped. I love to cook and every possible utensil was there. We felt very safe with the door man always on duty. This side of the island (North) provided us a beautiful, quiet setting and NaHa 301 was amazing.
The 3rd floor was perfect for views of the Caribbean, too. Not too high for folks who don’t like heights, yet high enough for amazing views. The large deck was great for relaxing and watching the boats and cruise ships, and especially the great sunsets.
I can’t think of anything even slightly negative about NaHa 301. We would recommend NaHa 301 to anyone, anytime.

Nah Ha 301 is truly amazing. It could not be better equipped. Everything is labeled and easy to find. There are two master bedroom suites with wall to wall views of the Caribbean. No fighting over who gets which bedroom. The third guest suite also has an ocean view. You are so close to the ocean that when sitting on the sofa, all you see is Caribbean blue water. You think you are looking out the balcony of a cruise ship. Owners and property manager could not be more accomodating. This may be the best place in Cozumel!

We heard about Nah Ha through a friend and thought we would give it a try. From the stone countertops and satellite TV to the decorations from local artisans, 301 felt just like 5 star home away from home. What gladly didn’t feel like home were the gorgeous, relaxing ocean views from the huge balcony at sunset. The quick walk downstairs to the swimming pools was also very nice. There was even a ladder built into the rock wall for snorkeling in the clear blue ocean right off the edge of the pool! One of the most useful features was an extensive local info packet. There was a booklet they had compiled containing personal favorites and must-try restaurants grouped by price and complete with directions. We would highly recommend Nah Ha 301 to anyone looking for a top rate place to relax in Cozumel.

We had a fantastic time, very private location, luxury flat with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and amenities such as Dish Network (American TV) and Wireless Internet access. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed very much eating breakfast on the balcony. There is a large kitchen with anything and everything you may need. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi along with great snorkeling right off the pool's edge. This is on the north end of town much closer to everything and an easy taxi trip into town. I would recommend anyone at stay at Nah ha 301. You will have a great time.

Wow! was our first and lasting impression. NaHa 301 was amazing, from the beautiful décor to the fabulous views of the Caribbean. I could just look at the beautiful turquoise water all day! The condo has everything you could possibly need or want. I loved the fact that with 3 couples we each had our own large bedroom and our own beautiful bathroom and shower. You won’t find that on most vacations! We never felt crowded even with 6 of us.
The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Part of our vacation is going out to dinner so we didn’t do a lot of cooking, but it was great to have breakfast and snacks right there, as well our cold cerveza in fridge! There always seems to be a new found restaurant to check out, and Sandy has provided a great wealth of information on places to visit, maps, restaurants, etc. Traveling can be stressful for me and she even had information on a masseuse that came right to the condo. It was wonderful.
One of the things that I really appreciated was a washer and dryer. I can pack a bit lighter knowing that I have a place to do laundry. Another thing I loved was the WIFI. I like to have my internet and email access. I now have a netbook so it’s really easy to bring a computer and hook up. The condo also has free long distance to the U.S. so we could reach family back home if needed.
They have a security guard at the door, so we always felt safe. I would recommend NaHa 301 to anyone who wants a wonderful, spacious, quiet base from which to enjoy Cozumel.

We were lucky enough to be able to spend an entire week at Nah Ha for our sole vacation for the year. We went to Cozumel with another couple, and the condo at Nah Ha could not have worked out better! The beautiful condo is so large that we always had our own space, yet allowed us to have some great times with our friends!
We loved the location of the condo, which is north of town. It is nice and quiet, yet it is only a short drive/ride to town. We also really appreciated how well appointed the condo was. It seems that everything was thought of in advance! That made it so that we could concentrate on fun, not on "making a home" for a week.
We felt very comfortable staying at Nah Ha. In the evenings, there was always a nice young man at the door, assuring only registered guests went into the building. The grounds were always spotless. We felt like kings!
I have told many people about this condo, and about the amazing experience we had. We don't get to take many vacations, so we like to maximize our experience when we do. A visit to Cozumel, and staying at 301 Nah Ha is now our idea of vacation standard!
