This property is well worth the money. My girlfriend and I came two years ago and had to leave because of a hurricane. We were given credit for the days we had paid for and had 3 years to use by and we did. We love this condo, because it has a beautiful view over the ocean and sunsets are marvelous sitting on the balcony. It is very clean and the pool area is taken care of every morning and evening. There are also steps down to the ocean to get in and snorkel or a platform to jump into the ocean. It is also a very quiet area and not far from town. While we were there our air conditioner went out and we emailed the office and had a person there in a matter of a half hour to fix it. I would definitely rent this place again.

Along the living room was a bit dark (no windows), the view from the bedroom and the overall quality of the condo was great. All staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to town but far enough away to be a peaceful get away. During our stay about half of the units were occupied, and we had the pool area to ourselves most days. We were hoping to try snorkeling from the stairs into the ocean but the strong winds in addition to the current made us hesitant to try. Overall this was an ideal location in a great destination.

This is a very comfortable condo with a great location on the quieter north end. I have stayed in three different condos at The Miramar and have never been disappointed. This condo has everything you need plus a glorious view for sunsets. I love the blue tiled pool, as it is warmer than pools at other places on the island, and the flowers and plants, that are well taken care of, add to the charm of the property. I am a diver, but I also enjoy snorkeling right out front of the condo. It's pretty amazing what you can see.
I visit Cozumel twice a year to either be outside enjoying the sunshine or in or under the water. I don't come to spend lots of time in my room. So, a condo that has a great balcony and view, plus a beautiful pool is perfect for me.
Mariana or Isabella will meet you upon arrival and make sure that you are welcomed and comfortable. They also provide lots of ideas of what to see and do during your visit. Golfing is close by and they can even help arrange your rental car.
I choose to stay at The Miramar for the location, the comfort of the condos, and the quality of service that Mariana and Isabella provide each time. I will be booking another stay soon.

A friend and I decided to try Miramar after having such outstanding experiences at Las Brisas. There were only two of us on this trip instead of the usual 6 or 8 so the one bedroom Miramar was a better solution this time. It has two full queen beds and two couches. Perfect! You can see from the pictures, on the web, that the accommodations are lovely. As of July 2012 the photos are current.
The management team is vigilant and highly responsive. We had a few issues. First the air was not working. A few lights were burned out, the safe was inoperable, and the internet connection did not work. But...one phone call and Francisco was there immediately. The air was a matter of flipping the fuse box. The lights were a task but he got to them quickly. Matias, the manager immediately purchased a new safe and Francisco was there to install it. They had the cable company out the next day to fix the router for the internet and Francisco even brought in a higher wattage light bulb for a floor lamp so that I could see my work papers more easily. A few days in we discovered the dryer tumbled but did not dry so one of the cleaning ladies took our laundry, dried it elsewhere and brought it back folded, without even asking us. It just magically appeared. Why doesn't that happen at my house?
The premises are spotlessly clean and even the crab that liked our walkway looked like he'd had a bath. :-)
Miramar is on the quiet, north end of the island just a minute from town and ocean front. You can't beat the location. Bring snorkel gear!
It would have been perfect if the condo's features had been tested and attended to before our arrival but there was no time wasted in making things right. So, no complaints here. We will try NaHa next. Same management company so we know we will be taken care of.

This place is amazing.
The people of Cozumel seaside are very kind and they do everything for you to have a good stay.
There is everything you need in the condo: space, comfort and all the equipment for cooking and entertain.
And the sea is at you feet! it is perfect for snorkeling.
This place is great if you want to be free and do something else than an all inclusive.

As always Cozumel Seaside Retreats are a pleasure to book your vacation with. They are only a phone call away if you need them for anything. I had the pleasure of meeting Matis and Marrianna this trip to greet me on arrival and sway goodbye on my checkout. The condo is spacious and comfortable.I spent every morning with my coffee sitting in the comfortable chaise lounge chair just staring at the beautiful ocean. The pool at Miramar is the best feature. You cannot get any closer to the ocean!!

The warm personal welcome, useful island information, economical and convenient rental car arrangements, restaurant referrals and much much more, contributed to a positive stay at Miramar 202.
The unit is a good space for two adults with a spectacular ocean view, excellent wifi, good closet space and basic kitchen supplies including a blender. Plumbing, AC, TV, appliances & phone were in working order. Residents share the quiet condo pool area, easy access to the ocean, and a barbeque. The service staff kept the property clean on the inside and picturesque outside!

My girlfriend and I rented the condo for a week, but because of hurricane Rina, had to leave 3 nights early and were disappointed because of the early departure. Mathias, who greeted us was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and information about the island. The condo was clean, had a great view of the ocean and sunsets, the location was in a nice quiet area. I will go back and try to get the same condo again. I didn't get to see parts of the island that I wanted to see because of the early departure. My husband is a diver, so I plan on coming back with him. Although my girlfriend and I also plan on coming back. Thanks for the nice home away from home.

We spent a week at Miramar 202 and everything was perfect. I leased the unit through Isabella. She arranged everything and sent an email explaining everything from the moment our flight landed to the day we left. I contacted her one evening for a car rental the following morning. The rental agency brought a brand new car to our door at 8:30 am. They picked it up from our unit the following morning. The view from the unit is breathtaking. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. The others that were staying there were very nice. I spoke to many who have vacationed in Cozumel and felt that Miramar was the best place they stayed. We walked to town everyday. It's quite a walk but safe and allowed me to eat what I wanted without having to worry about the calories. They do not have a sandy beach but you are able to swim in the ocean in front of the unit. I hope to come back next year for a longer stay. Thanks Isabella for your help.

This quiet location is about 2 miles from the central plaza on the north end of the island. It's walkable with good shoes and patience--or a bicycle is handy if you don't plan to rent a car. It's furnished tastefully, has all the appliances washer/dryer!) and kitchen equipment needed and has a wonderful view from large sliding glass doors in the bedroom. A nice spot for a retreat from the madness of crowds. Dinner at the Fontana just a couple of doors down was very good. Thanks to manager Isabella for a warm welcome and top notch service while we were there.

Miramar 202 is a very comfortable condo with all of the necessities. The view is simply breathtaking each morning to wake up to. Isabella is especially friendly and accomodating in every way. She will make you feel right at home. Assisting us with our car rental and providing us with suggestions on which restaurants to dine in and what beaches to visit on the island was very helpful and much appreciated.
The pool and access to the ocean water was most enjoyable. Each day I looked forward to snorkelling right outside our door!
The only complaint that I would have about this unit is the fact that there isn't a dishwasher (yes I am spoiled!) and the 2 double beds were very uncomfortable. Isabella was receptive to this comment and informed us that she will make improvements for future guests.
I highly recommend Miramar 202. It is easy to get to...the service is great...it is very clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work. We will certainly make plans to return when planning another vacation!

We've never rented a condo before and were a little nervous as we sent off the cheque. Our concerns were for not! The website accurately depicts and descirbes the property and services. The condo was very clean (thanks Maria!), adequately provisioned, and a nice walk into town (which will be better still once the island servicing construction is complete - which should be soon).
All that you've read about Isabella is true! She's very friendly and efficient; she always seemed available; she helped us rent scooters and bikes; and she arranged for the retrieval and return of my forgotten eye glasses!
The bed was a bit soft for me and the sliding doors could use screens but that, I'm happy to say, is the lump sum of the negatives for this condo. -

This was my 7th trip to Cozumel and my friend's first. We feel so lucky to have stayed at Miramar #202. Upon arrival Isabella was there to greet us and go over details of the condo. She also had two arrangements of fresh flowers to welcome us. The condo was very comfortable, well decorated and appointed with all the necessary items for a perfect week in paradise.
Maid service was provided every other day and she did an excellent job (make sure to tip your maid). The grounds and pool area were the cleanest I have ever experienced. They were continually sweeping or mopping the walkways and pool deck. Honestly, they were trying to net things out of the pool when there was nothing there to net! (Make sure you tip them too!)
The location is excellent on the north end of the island. It is very quiet and off-street parking is provided. A short taxi ride will take you to a small grocery store, Sedena, though we had a car all week which is my preference.
You can snorkel right in front of the building and see lots of colorful marine life. Easy access to the water via steps or by jumping off the short plank into 18-20 feet deep water (fun)!
I miss being there already but I know for sure...I will be staying at Miramar again; in any one of the units! They are all great! -

Loved the condo! It was very clean and very comfortable. This is our 4th year going to Cozumel and always staying in an all inclusive resort. This was our first year we rented a condo. I definetly prefer the condo over the resort. We only saw a couple of people the entire time we were there. We were close to marina and a beach club was within walking distance. So if you want to do the resort thing and be waited on and not have to cook you can go there. Town is a little further away. About two miles but it's not a bad walk. We rented a car and left it at the condo with no problems. This is definetly the place we will go next year. Thanks

We absolutely loved our time in Cozumel. We stayed in Miramar 202. We arrived to find a gift of chocolates and fresh flowers on our table which was a very nice touch! Isabella was wonderful in every way. The condo was very clean and well kept, the view was magnificent, beds were comfy, maid service was excellent and the unlimited purified water was a definite nice perk. The only down side for us was that the kitchen, dining and living are of the condo are very dark. The bedroom is bright and cheery because of the balcony and ocean view but the rear of the condo was very dark. Largely in part to the overcast weather we experienced as well. In addition, due to the humidity there is a persistent musty smell - would highly recommend to the owners to install a de-humidifier in the unit. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo to our friends. In fact, we are already planning our next trip and looked at other units with Isabelle that will accomodate larger groups.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Miramar condo in room 202. We met Isabella when we arrived and were given a brief tour along with all of her contact info. She was extremely helpfull and answered all of my questions about the island everytime I called her. We were completely impressed and plan to return with friends. The condo was very quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. It was large enough to easily fit two couples. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast, and even grilled some chicken by the pool. This was my first trip to Cozumel, but it will not be my last. We dove at Palanacar Caves, and the Columbian reef(?), and a couple others. I chartered a local fisherman ($100) and he picked me up (at the condo seawall) and took me fishing, where I caught a 24lb Dolphin on a live Blue Runner. Make sure you take a drive over to Juaquin Road/blvd/st and check out the real people of Cozumel. I had some badass real tacos for less then $1, by the baseball park. Dont leave the island without getting the Huevos Rancheros from the restaraunt above the Musuem! Oh, and eat at Lachosa (sp). Good times.

It was like coming home, we arrived at 6:30pm and when we entered unit #202 there was a beautiful arrangement of flowers on the table welcoming us. The condo had everything a person would need in the kitchen and throughout, there were even pool toys. The bed was very comfortable, not hard like some. It was so relaxing sitting on the patio looking out at the ocean every morning with our coffee in hand.
Isabella the Property Manager was wonderful and Maribella, the maid and David the maintenance/pool worker where so nice and friendly.
Every morning we walked into town approx. 35 min giving us our exercise for the day and then returned to sit by the pool, we never had to wait for a lounge chair as there were plenty. We would sit at the tables by the pool and enjoy our lunch.
I loved the fact the there was a washer and dryer in the unit, we were able to pack alot less clothes, meaning that we could buy more.
I can't say enough about the Miramar we loved it and will be back in February, 2011.

our stay at Miramar #202 was wonderful. We are a family of 4 and it was ideal. The pictures from the website were accurate. The property both inside and out are very neat and well maintained. With only 12 units in the building it was very quiet and we rarely saw others. The location of being just outside of San Miguel is perfect in not being amongst the hustle and bustle of the town. The condo had all the amenities that we needed (including a small cooler to take on road trips). Our only inconvenience was the limited supply of hot water for the shower. Isabella (property manager) was excellent to ensure our stay was good and made herself very available in the event of any concerns. If we return to Cozumel we would indeed plan to rent a condo again.

My husband and I stayed in Miramar #202 for the second consecutive year and we'll be back. Isabella, the manager, is most friendly and responsive. The unit is lovely and well-maintained. The location cannot be bested for the traveler who wishes to relax away from the town hustle and bustle; yet close enough to town to be convenient. Really, the only criticism we would have is that the bedroom needs better lighting - a minor point.

The Condo was every thing it was billed to be. Enough space for the two of us and wonderful views. The pool was nice as was the area to snorkel. The walk downtown was 3 miles, but very easy to walk. It also helped keep our weight down with all the delicious food we consumed.
The Rental Car Company Fiesta, turned out to be a let down. And I wish there had been a phone book in the Condo along with a good map of the Island. But we were there during Carnival and that was a blast. We caught all three of the Parades. We would certainly rent from Cozumel Seaside Retreats again.

We stayed at the Miramar condo for five nights following a week-long stay in Playa del Carmen. We love the clear water and good snorkeling on Cozumel. One of us was brave enough to navigate the water access stairs and do some snorkeling in front of the condo. Lots of neat fish, urchins and marine life. Be aware of the sometimes very strong current and waves. Some people jump off the platform and swim with the current north to the Marazul condo where they climb up the stairs on that side.
The condo was roomy, a very pretty bedroom with a chaise lounge that was great for sitting and watching the water. Comfortable beds and lots of towels and purified water. Having and in-unit washer and dryer was useful, as was the full kitchen, though we only made breakfast and snacks. The shower stall is a bit dated but clean and the water hot and ample. Be aware of ants, like in any tropical area, and don't leave crumbs lying around.
Flagging down taxis was generally not a problem, except a couple times when there were a lot of cruise ships in town (the taxis park at the southern dock zone and wait for passengers).
The pool was quite cold, they tend to be unheated. There could be more umbrellas too, as only one seemed to work and both were located at tables, not near the lounge chairs. With a toddler, it's helpful to have shade. We played in the sand area one time, again the lack of shade prevented further sand play. A plus and drawback of the pool is the location. Since it's right on the water, it's beautiful and you can experience both the pool and the sea at the same time, however it's rather dangerous too, especially since the shallow section is right next to the drop off. Kids need a lot of supervision at this condo and pool area. Kids always need a lot of supervision, I know, however I don't always feel the need to hold hands in the shallow areas.
Next time we might consider the Marazul. The pools were supposed to be warmer, there was a "hot" tub and wading pool. -

The condo complex Miramar is a hidden secret. I hate to write good stuff because more people will stay there and less opportunity for me.!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been going to Cozumel for 15 years and have done it all. Miramar is my favorite place on the whole island. The price is great, it is exactly what you see in the photos actually better than the photos. The outside is maintained perfectly and the staff very proud of their work and very friendly. It is very secure but not in a way that you feel like security is watching your every move. You can come and go freely and still feel safe. And the pool and the view are the best on the island.
Isabella the property manager is there if you need her for anything. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. And she is just a phone call away. She also gives you your space and lets you enjoy your vacation. She even lets me pick what days for maid service and the time of day they come. Love that!!!! Mainly because I do not need a maid everyday and I like to sleep late.
I have stayed in many units in Miramar depending on how many people are traveling with me. I even stay there by myself and love it.
202 is my favorite! It is so comfortable and simple. It has everything you need.You feel you can use it and not worry about breaking it. Some places I have stayed are so beautifully decorated I am afraid to touch anything. Not in 202. It is decorated perfectly for a relaxing vacation. It has a washer, drier, microwave, hair dryer (A real one not the little travel size one), wash cloths which are a luxury in Mexico, plenty of towels. And the beds are very comfortable. Medium to soft not your typical hard bed. There are 2 small couches in the TV room and a really comfortable chaise lounge with an ocean view in the bedroom. Perfect for reading.
The only problem I have ever had with 202 is the water in the kitchen sink. I can never get the hot water to work. It is perfect in the shower and bathroom. -

My husband and I have recently had a great 2 weeks in Cozumel. We stayed at Miramar condominiums, apartment number 202.
We had such a perfect and comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully laid out and over looks the perfect crystal clear sea.
The apartment is perfectly clean and has a well equipped kitchen, aircon through out the apartment, washing and drying machines and fast wifi!
The owner, Isabella was great to communicate right from my first email to her. She made my arrangements to stay in the apartment so easy.
I would recommend any of my friends or family to stay at Miramar condominiums.
