Casa Martillo offers 18% discount to athletes competing Gran Fondo or Ironman, and their guests.

Casa Martillo is a comfortable, affordable vacation rental four blocks from the sea. Four large 2 bedroom/2 bath and two 1 bedroom/1 bath condos surrounding a gated courtyard with pool, fountain, covered outdoor dining area and two barbecues. Free high speed WiFi with a modem/router in each unit. Call or send email for rates for 1-bedroom unit.

All condos have central air conditioning for cool, quiet comfortable living. Complete kitchens include purified bottled water, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils. There are two large supermarkets within four blocks of Casa Martillo.

The upstairs of the two bedroom condos have a master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be pushed together) and a second bathroom right across the hallway. Downstairs includes a large open plan dining room and living room with sofa bed and a full kitchen. The one bedroom condos have a queen bed and bath upstairs; and an open plan dining room, living room with sofa bed, and full kitchen downstairs. Every bedroom has a balcony over-looking the courtyard, fountain and pool. The lower level of the one bedroom units have balconies with a small table and chairs that are perfect for breakfast or an intimate dinner for two. Free local calls from a phone in common area.
