Deposits

PAYMENT: An amount equal to 50% of the total rent will be required at the time your reservation is made. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required upon making the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: A $500 cash or credit card Security Deposit will be collected at the time you check-in
Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation 120 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund your complete deposit less a $300 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less then 120 days prior to arrival, you will still be able to receive a full refund of your deposit providing the unit is re rented for the same period at the same rate, less a $300 re- booking fee. We promise to make our best effort to do this. No – shows without prior notification will forfeit all monies paid. Rebooking or changing dates of reservations may be done depending on availability in lieu of cancellation on an individual basis, please call the numbers below to discuss any of this.

We stayed at El Cantil 6C South for Ironman 2012. It is the perfect location if you are going with a group. 1 block to the Convention Center Expo and 1 block from the finish line. Also, its next door to host hotel Cozumel Palace so we had easy access to the shuttles to and from Chankanab Park for the bike check in and race start. 10-15 minute walk to the cruise area shops. $10-12 dollar cab ride to everywhere.
The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. Daily maid service is available. Beds are comfy, kitchen has all the amenities. The infinity pool is amazing and has both cold and heated sides, the spa is huge but could be set a tad hotter. There is an awesome "beach" area with lounges and palm covered shades. Bring your margaritas!
We had free breakfast with our plan at Primos on the rooftop which was tremendous. Both american and Mexican breakfasts offered. We had dinner there several nights as well which was also very good.
Only two complaints during the week; 1. Internet and WiFi service was in and out. Had no service for most of the stay. I don't know if that was specific to 6C or a general problem with broadband. 2. If you have the street side bedrooms there is (or was for us) a family of swallows (sounded like 100!!) who decided to have a fiesta at sunset and sunrise every day. They're quite loud! Bring some earplugs.
If you do the Ironman (or even if you don't) schedule a balcony massage through the management office. Awesome! -

Just back from 10 days at La Bella Vista. Awesome condo for our family of five. Perfectly maintained daily by a great housekeeper, Rhia. Daily pick up by the dive boat right after a hot, fresh breakfast prepared by the condo restaurant, Primas. Lots of room by the pool, or where we stayed under a palapa in the sandy area near the boat dock. Allen the ownwr was great to work with.

This was our third year to spend our Spring Break at El Cantil 6C South. Cozumel is a direct flight from Denver and El Cantil 6C South is a short taxi ride from the airport. The location is perfect- it's a short walk to everywhere and taxis are inexpensive and easy to find. El Cantil 6C South has the perfect set up for kids- you can swim in the pool, play in the sand and snorkel in the ocean all onsite. Then when the kids need a rest, you can feed them lunch and pop in a DVD while you relax on the deck. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need and the grocery store is right across the street, making it ultra-convenient for a family vacation. If you do choose to go diving or snorkeling, the boats can pick you up from the private pier at El Cantil 6C South. The staff at El Cantil 6C South is very helpful and friendly. Of all of the units I have seen at El Cantil, 6C South is by far the most beautiful and comfortable with the best view.

The condo was used as a base for scuba diving. We were picked up every morning at the condo's dock and the high quality of the diving complemented the high quality (and good value) of the condo. Typically we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and went out to dinner of an evening to one or other of the many good restaurants in San Miguel. I have now stayed in this condo about a half dozen times and always look forward to my return visits. I will next be staying there in July 2010

El Cantil feels very much like home in the middle of paradise. You have all the comforts of home and all the activities and beauty of a vacation. I can't recommend this place enough!

The condo is excellently furnished, very comfortable for just a few people or up to 4 bedrooms worth of folks. It is located within easy walking distance of downtown; great for going out to breakfast, lunch or dinner. The best grocery store in town is just across the street, so you can buy food and cook in the well equipped kitchen if you want. If you're a diver, the boats will pick you up at the El Cantil dock just in front of your condo! The pool is inviting. To top it off, the views from the balcony is outstanding.
