The Unit 1C at PALMAR is a deluxe - garden level - Ocean front with 2000 square feet Condominium, offers a great location near downtown Cozumel and also, there are different dive shops within 200 meters north or south of the property.

Palmar condominium is located south of downtown, there is no other house building in the area. Across the street great snorkeling site.
There are 3 different dive shops, restaurants and bars within 200 m. also a convenient store close by.

Our family dive trip was everything we dreamed of! Sergio & his family were the most gracious hosts we've encountered, and made us feel like family at home. The property is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable for a larger family group. The location is secure, quiet in the evenings, and bustling with activity during the day. The patios, garden, and hot tub/pool were relaxing to come home to after spending the day exploring the island and reefs of this Yucatan Paradise.

Spent ten days at Sergios condo at Palmar, it was totally wonderful, We have been to Cozumel many times before, this was the first time we stayed in a Condo. It is the only way to go; my wife and our niece had a great experience. The condo is very beautiful but comfortable, we had plently of room for three adults and were able to entertain our local friends There is a patio and bbq availble which we put to good use. The pool and hot tub our awesome, A very quiet safe place to stay, Sergio is very personable and willing to help out with any of your vacation needs. This is definetly a place we will return to.

We were set to stay at this unit Dec 28 to Jan 3, but our trip got delayed 2 days because of the snow storm in the New York City area. Sergio was very accommodating to our delays and very helpful before we arrived and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. The condo felt like home and was in a convenient and quiet location. The only problem was having to come back to the cold after our vacation and the great diving.
