We were very pleased with our recent stay at Las Ventanas. Patti was very helpful with whatever we needed and all the staff very efficient and pleasant. The condo was very spacious and clean and being on the third floor, having an elevator was great for my bad knee! It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the street although the mornings could be quite hot and a bit noisy. We have been coming to Cozumel for several years and have stayed in a variety of places, from 14km south of town to the very north of town and found this location to be very good, still within walking distance of the square and only 1 block from the waterfront, but quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed walking to the waterfront to watch the sunset. The pool area is lovely and protected so even when it was very windy at the waterfront it was calm and warm around the pool. We were very pleased overall and look forward to our next stay!

Super location if you are not interested in having ocean view. We went to Cozumel for 4 days to scuba dive. Walked everywhere, including, with our luggage after arriving via ferry from Playa. Unit is very quiet, large and fully furnished. We did miss not having a blow dryer. The pool was fine except for the large number of black birds that would hang around, including on the water edge. They are noisy and leave behind their droppings, that were not cleaned up. We only sunbathed for a bit anyway.
Ruth at the sales office was wonderful.
I booked this last minute with Joyce (owner) and payed through my bank to hers (which has a 3 part bank transaction). -

We are return customers to Las Ventanas and again had a great time -- only it was even better this time! The direct TV gave us the option of watching all the best american cable and there is now a phone in the unit (A301) that you can use to call back to the US and Canada. All the old favarites about Las Ventanas are still there -- Great big fresh water pool, private in-complex parking, great location (4 minute walk into town) and great staff. Not only did we have a great time, we are already planning our trip back to Las Ventanas for next year.

This was our fourth trip to Cozumel and by far the best!
Las Ventanas has the ideal location unless you want to be on the ocean and pay the prices waterfront condos demand. Its in a great part of town, close to the downtown square, shopping, great restaraunts and only one block from the ocean. The condo is large, well equiped and only steps away from the beautiful pool and lounge area.
The staff were all very friendly and helpfull in so many ways. We have many fond memories of Cozumel and hopefully we can return to Las Ventanas many times in the future.

This is a great condominium unit. Super location in the middle of shopping and restaurants districts. One block off the ocean. Good parking and very safe project, great pool area. Impeccably maintained grounds and unit has everything you need for a comfortable week long stay. Rent car and enjoy the all the island has to offer. We enjoyed all of the beach clubs and had a great time.

My husband, our 21 year old son and myself stayed at Joyce and Jack Cooper's Las Ventanas condo in June 2009.
What a wonderful place to call home for 2 weeks!
The very well located condo was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished.
We enjoyed the beautiful large pool and deck area most evenings after spending our days diving, snorkeling and meandering around the island.
The condo was quiet and absolutely perfect for us!
We felt like we were in a palace! By far the largest and nicest place we've stayed on the island in our 5 visits!
Everyone we met around Las Ventanas was nice, especially the office staff, Ruth and Patti.
Cozumel is a wonderful island and you can't go wrong with Las Ventanas condos!
Enjoy your stay, we certainly did!

We have been to Cozumel many times, staying at condominiums, private houses, and hotels. Las Ventanas has been the best of all. It has the best of all worlds. It has easy access to downtown and all the beaches, but you are secluded enough to enjoy a quiet day by the pool. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. The condo was very clean and the entire setting was beautiful and safe. We highly recommend Las Ventanas to anyone, whether you are a first timer to Cozumel or have been many times. It is the most unique property on the island. Muchas Gracias, Senor y Senora Cooper.
