Suite 3 for 3 weeks! Truly was a great experience. We have rented many condo's in Cozumel, but we found for us Guido's suite 3 to be one of the best as far as view from balcony and people watching opportunities. The location is fantastic close to everything, including the grocery store,shopping, bars and resturants. There is some traffic noise but nothing to bad and with the doors closed hardly anything. If you are a early riser and early to bed type you may find some of the noise from the resturant an issue but it did not bother us, but I do recommend some ear plugs if even low noise bothers you, and it only lasts until closing at 11pm and than hardly anything. We loved the little kitchen and everything was there we required. The staff from Cozumel Seaside was wonderful to deal with as always, the maid service was great as well. We would stay here again for sure.

We rented Suite #2 from the 20th to 27th of January, 2012. Mariana Urquiza, whom I dealt with from Cozumel Seaside Retreats was very pleasant & helpful. The whole rental process was very user friendly. We arrived in Cozumel late in the evening. Entering our suite was simple, utilizing the provided code to access the key box at the building entrance. There were keys for the security gate & the suite. Once inside inside, we found coffee, milk, juices, etc., which allowed for our morning coffee at the start of the next day. The morning after our arrival, Mariana proptly attended to provide all required information. She was a very pleasant & helpful. Everything that we required, ie., food, bakery, car rental, restaurants, etc., were only a short walk away. Wireless internet is provided, but it is a little slower than what one might be used to, so be patient. The suite itself was pleasantly furnished, clean & climate comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking a modern, not overly noisy waterfront street, providing a relaxing view of the ocean. This was a great place to enjoy morning coffee & an evening glass of wine. We spent a lot of time here. The satellite T.V. located in the bedroom was nice to have in the evenings & provided a nice selection of english speaking programs. The double sized bed was firm & comfortable. The basic needs for meal preparations were present, but some things such as a microwave oven, water kettle for heating water & a spatula for morning eggs were missed by us. The suite was cared for daily by a friendly Rebecca who cleaned, make the bed, wash any dishes in the sink & stock the fridge with bottled water. The owner, who could be located in the fine restaurant located below the suites was quick to take care of any problems encountered. There was nothing that we disliked about guido's. We would rent here again & would recommend it.

Brand new, these apartments are perfect for an extended vacation or a weekend getaway.
Charming Isabella couldn't have been more helpful both by e-mail and in person, and Rebecca the maid was always on hand to answer any requests or keep the place sparkling.
The cooking facilities are excellent, and the decor pleasing to the eye. The uninterrupted ocean views are spectacular, and you'll enjoy sitting on the balcony that's almost on the beach sipping a cool drink.
An absolute ten out of ten; I can't recommend the place highly enough! -

Guido's, Great location, very clean, above the best restuant in Cozumel, great view from room, water front and main street where all the people walk from the ships.It is a 5 minute short walk to the plaza.

My husband and I have been going to Cozumel for 25 years. Our favorite restaurant on the island has always been Guido's. Great food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere, so when we heard that they had made 4 apartments on the 2nd floor above the restaurant we wanted to check them out. Our apartment was #2 and was perfectly decorated in a modern design with a great kitchen. The balcony overlooks the ocean and always has a breeze, even though the apt. is airconditioned. The glass shower has really hot water, not the lukewarm you sometimes find elsewhere on the island. The bedroom and the bathroom are fairly small, but the living/dining room are large. The service is great, and Guido's even does room service!!! The only negative is that the stairs are steep, so you have to be careful carrying your dive gear up and down. When we were checking out, we saw apt. #4. It had a very large bedroom plus a large living/dining room, so we would prefer to stay in that one. The maid comes every day and will take care of anything you want. Overall our stay was great, and we highly recommend any of the apartments!

I stay one week before Ironman Mexico, if do you like a luxury apatment this is ok for you!!!
It's near the downtown with ocean view. The apartment is upstairs Guido's restaurant where you can eat all.
Ask to Isabella, all your drem for her are reality!!!
