Incredible 3 BD/ 3BA condo directly on San Francisco Beach--the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. You can't stay any closer to the beach than this anywhere on the island. Huge wrap around veranda, just perfect for that evening margarita while you watch our spectacular sunsets. Walk off the veranda and sink your toes into the white sand beach that extends for miles. Swim or snorkel in the magnificent Caribbean blue water, full of exotic marine life. If you are a diver, we have a private pier for your convenient pickup and drop off. If fresh water is more to your liking, we have 2 beautiful pools just steps away.

Cozumel is the jewel of the Caribbean--with crystal blue water and some of the most magnificent diving on the planet. This condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Cozumel has to offer.
As QUIET or as ACTIVE as you want: Beautiful, quiet, restful and peaceful because of the condo's proximity to the beach and water. While you are in the condo, all you see is the sandy beach, palm trees, and the Caribbean Sea. Feels like your own private home on the beach. Yoga lessons and massages are also available right on the beach.
Party Party Party: If party and action is more to your liking, we have plenty of that too. Just down the beach there are beach clubs, Carlo's-n-Charlie's, San Francisco Beach club, Paradise Beach Club, Playa Mia water park, Mr. Sancho's, Wyndham's Reef club, or the exclusive Aura Hotel. Activities all along the beach include beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving--picked up at the private pier--,deep sea fishing, kayaking, wind surfing, jet skiing, para sailing, horseback riding, etc. If you still need more activities, a short drive away is the famous Chankanaab Marine park, Dolphin Discovery swim with the dolphins, or swim with sting rays @ the sting ray park. Salsa lessons at local clubs, Museums, Tequila factory tours and fantastic shopping all await in town. Cruises on the Caribbean, 20 minute ferry ride to Playa de Carmen, explore Mayan ruins of all sizes. Dune buggy or jeep tours available. Kite boarding lessons. Don't forget there is plenty of tequila and beer to consume.

What a beautiful spot to enjoy the ocean, sand and Cozumel living. After a one week all-inclusive wedding, our official "honeymoon" was just how we wanted to spend it. Feeling like we were local residences of the island. I loved the decore of the villa, beach/spa ambiance. Definatley the house had all the essentials and more. Opening those huge patio doors and hearing the ocean waves crash, is pure peace. We rented a car and found the drive between the villa and town easy to navigate and quick. Going to the grocery store, cooking healthy dinners and sitting out on the veranda to eat by the ocean. We could only dream of one day owning our own piece of "paradise" like this. Thanks for making our honeymoon, perfect!

This condo is absolutely superb. It is as advertised. Right on the beach, fantastic views from every window, quiet, beautifully furnished and kept, fully stocked with everything you need and Veronica keeps it immaculate. We spent one week with family and loved every minute of it. Sitting on the veranda watching all the dive and tour boats going by, seeing all the cruise ships slip in and out and the fantastic sunsets made this a trip from paradise. We had a beautiful 5 star dinner at the Ocean Beach Club which is a 2 minute walk from the condo. The dive boat picked us up right at the pier. Bring your water shoes and get ready to have an absolutely fantastic time. Would highly recommend this rental. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise Ellen and Steve.

We spent a week here and it was a wonderful time that went to quickly. The condo was exactly as described and could not have been in better proximity to the beach in all of Cozumel. A little far from town though and you will definately need a rental car (Isis was great) but with Veronica doing the maid service and Reina cooking that was no problem. All in all, a lovely place surounded by lovely people, I cannot recommend a trip to Cozumel and a stay at Vista Del Mar enough.

We rented condos 5100 & 5110 while in Cozumel for our son's wedding, which took place on the beach in front of the condos. Condo 5100 is on the ground floor, where you can walk out onto the beach and to the pools. It is spacious and well equipped with wrap around views of the ocean. Both condos were everything we needed for ourselves, our 2 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren.

Not knowing how internet based rentals are going to turn out, we were all thrilled to walk into the condo. Wow was the word. One night the housekeepers cooked for us and it was both relaxing and delicious. Although away from town, still close to walk to bars/restaurants on the beach. And all the water sports were really close. The best part were the views and the big wrap around porch with comfy seating. You are lucky if you get to stay in this spot.

We had a wonderful week long stay in Cozumel at Villa Vista Del Mar. From when we first entered the condo was better than expected. Our every need was taken care of. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures. All the rooms were beautiful & thoughfully included all our needs. Veronica was a wonderful housekeeper & worked to take care of the condo & our needs. We enjoyed the notebook of places to eat & activities in the area, this was a toughtful & invaluable source. The access to the beach was unbelievable. We loved sitting on the veranda outside for relaxation, dinners & even games at night. Thanks for the wonderful vacation home.

We stayed a week and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views from the walls of windows and patio. Every detail was perfect in the condo: comfortable beds and sheets, fully stocked kitchen, security, games, wifi, etc. Daily maid service was wonderful. Hope to stay there again.

What a jewel we found in Cozumel! The condo is immaculate, and tastefully decorated and located right on the beachfront. The views of the beach are stunning with plenty of room to sit on the wrap around porch and enjoy the sunrise or sunset! The scuba and fishing boats can pick you up at a pierjust a short walk down the beach from the condo. The owner, Ellen is a joy to work with and very helpful in securing our reservations and ensuring everything was in order. Undoubtedly we will be back some day hopefully sooner than later!!
