Peninsula Grand is a luxury condo just a 5 minute ride north of downtown Cozumel. This unit is on the 4th floor of the south building of 2 towers. Each of the 3 bedrooms & kitchen have ocean views; the kitchen as well as the studio overlook the jungle. This spacious 2400 sq ft condo is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The dining room seats 8. There is 230 sq ft private balcony off the living/dining rms that offer sweeping panoramic views of the ocean. The master BR also has a 120 sq ft balcony. I recently had the privilege of staying at the agua Dulce Penninsula Grand resort in beautiful Cozumel. The condo/unit was impeccable. It had everything you could want and more. The views alone from the many balconies would make me rent this condo again. It came fully stocked with plush towels, ample cooking supplies, flat screen tv and very comfortable beds and furniture. Everything is meticulously maintained. The pool and the grounds of the ague Dulce are just like the condo... Amazing! The staff was friendly and always quick to grab you a towel or hail you a taxi cab for a short ride into the heart of Cozumel. This condo would easily accommodate a large family with children or make for a romantic getaway for a few couples. We are already planning a second trip back. After doing a lot of research and seeing for ourselves what is comparable price-wise to this condo on the island of Cozumel we now know where we will stay each and every time we vacation there.

My wife and I have been making 3-5 trips a year to Cozumel since 1985 and have stayed in a variety of hotels and condos. We decided to bring the kids and grandkids on this trip and needed accomodations for 10 people. I contacted the condos I had stayed in the last couple of trips and found them unavailable for the dates I desired. I decided to try Peninsula Grand and found that aqua Dulce was available. The owner also helped me secure a second unit for the dates I needed. What a great surprise! Everything about the property and aqua Dulce exceeded our expectations and our stay could not have been any better. The property and the units we stayed in were strictly first class in all respects and remind you of places usually seen in high end magazines. The staff, especially antonio, Darwin, and alex, insured that our stay was enjoyable and trouble free. This is the finest property I have ever stayed in while in Cozumel and I am anxious to return. My only regret is not finding it sooner.

The condo is so much better than we could have ever expected. The kids said it was a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" condo, and I agree. Gorgeous three bedroom, every room looks out to the pristine blue ocean. I could sit on the balcony watching the cruise ships pass all day and night! Great pool, incredible service. Best scuba diving we've ever done. Five star accommodations.

close to the airport. spotless and spacious. very airy and light condo with a large balcony and very nice furniture.
pool is great for the kids and good for laps as well.
nice protected beach area with food service and reef right in front of the condo.
