This is an 11 unit condo building which yields a very private guest experience, in contrast to the apartment type condos nearby and high density units to the south and at San Francisco beach. Our stay in Miramar #102 was exceptional. This condo is beautifully decorated and on the ground floor so the infinity pool is in your backyard. We love being on the north side of the island and walking into town for dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants. Cab ride one way is approx. $5.00 U.S. Big priority for us is peace and quiet which was so abundant at Miramar #102.

Our group of four stayed at Miramar 102 for a week during Carnival 2013. The condo was beautifully decorated with a Mexican flair. We had an amazing view of the ocean and enjoyed every breakfast outdoors, since the condo is on the ground level, so easy access to patio and pool area. Also enjoyed the beautiful Cozumel sunsets poolside. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and everything was very clean and easy to find. The condo was in an excellent location, quick cab ride into town to enjoy all the Carnival events, without being too close to town, so it was a quiet and relaxing location. Jill was extremely helpful, answered our questions quickly. She even called to make sure we had arrived with no problems. Cozumel is a small island, easy to get around and the locals are friendly and happy to help tourists. We would highly recommend going to Cozumel if you are looking for a safe and friendly place to be in Mexico. It is especially fun during Carnival! -

This condo was perfect for my family. The owners have carefully anticipated what their guests might need during their stay. The infinity pool was steps from the condo with the sea extending below the sea wall. There is a spiral cement staircase entry into the ocean where we would snorkel everyday. We also loved the platform in which we could leap into the ocean!

Our family of 5 visited Miramar #102 in June, 2012. I had did a ton of research online to first of all find this gem, and then had an extremely easy time coordinating payment and additional information from the owners. We were looking for a place to be able to come and go from while taking full advantage of everything the island had to offer. We snorkeled at the condo nearly every day, ate out every evening, rented a car for most of duration, toured beaches on other side of island one day, did turtle conservation with the kids late one night, did dolphin swim at Chankanaab, did Xplor theme park on mainland, watched a movie every night at condo, spent a day at Paradise Beach, and had a few mornings/afternoons to just sleep in and take advantage of the pool and jumping ledge. Definitely one of our best family vacations yet. I want to come back with maybe another couple sometime to see that blue water. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo is absolutely amazing. The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was the gorgeous view from the main room, the kitchen, the front hall, and the master bedroom. A sweeping view of the ocean, it is enough to take your breath away. The décor is very tastefully done and has a very relaxed, vacationing feel to it. The condo is sparkling clean and modern. The kitchen is a lovely size with an adjoining bar, making it a great spot to cook and socialize. The master bedroom is very large and has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is very comfortable as well, with its own bathroom, vanity, and shower. When you walk out onto your back deck, you are steps from a gorgeous infinity pool and the ocean, which is a wonderful spot for snorkeling. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I recommend this condo to anyone visiting Cozumel.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely ideal. Our family of 5 (including a teen) found it to be relaxing, spacious and a ton of fun. This place was perfect no matter if we wanted to explore Cozumel or just spend the day at the pool. Since the pool and the ocean were literally outside the door, it was perfect for soaking in the sun, playing and snorkeling in the ocean, and relaxing. The kids had a blast jumping off the platform attached to the pool that went right into the ocean. Our hosts gave us such great directions and advice, we were also able to explore the island and find great restaurants, other beaches and fun excursions for our family. The condo is decorated in a way you truly feel at home. We had everything we needed and can't wait to go back.

This is a small condo located on a coral cliff above pristine ocean. The view from the pool area, which was never crowded, was stunning. There is a 10 foot drop into crystal clear water. Perfect for snorkeling. The variety of fish, coral and even moray eels was really surprising. You are a short drive or about a mile walk to the center of town. Sunsets are outrageously enthralling. We have traveled extensively and this island is one of the nicest we have ever seen. This condo is the perfect place for home base.

Thanks so much for this excellent review. The condo sleeps 6 with a king in the master suite and two full sized beds in the second bedroom. It has a spacious living room and good sized dining room. People love the full kitchen and laundry room. It is a 1200 square foot condo. We are very happy you enjoyed it.

Highly recommend Miramar 102. The owners have paid a lot of attention to details that make your trip relaxing and enjoyable. It is peaceful, relaxing and convenient. We have stayed here 2 times and look forward to staying here many more!

We have been visting the island of Cozumel for over 20 years and I can say that this is by far one of the best places that we have stayed! The condo was not only beautiful but also quite and furnished with everything that we could possibly need! Snorkeling was great and the pool was just what we needed when it was time to relax. Being that it is a 1st floor unit made it easy to enjoy the pool even more. Thank you for sharing your home with us ~ I think we have found our home away from home!

Our stay at Mira Mar was just what the doctor's ordered. The condo is beautiful and the view exquisite. We so enjoyed our time by the pool, in the pool, and snorkeling off the cliff. We can't wait to go back.

Breathtaking is definitely an accurate description of this condo. The decorating inside is amazing and you immediately feel at home with the vibrant colors and amenities that include everything you need for a great time on this island paradise. We loved the pool and our favorite part was just sitting on the shallow swim deck overlooking the ocean. We had some of the most amazing snorkeling right along the front of the condo that we have ever experienced. Why pay for a guide when you can spend hours seeing all the same fish whenever you want right here! Of course the scuba diving in Cozumel is awesome and we ventured out and found the most amazing restaurants. We have stayed in many places and condo's in the past but this has been our favorite by far. It is definitely a step up from anything else we have seen on the island. Thanks for an incredible time in paradise!!
