Response from the owner The reviewer and her family visited us almost a year earlier. After they left, a slow coolant leakage in the recently installed AC, leading to insufficient cooling during certain peak temperature periods of the day was discovered; the system was repaired and refilled. The complaint is warranted and I apologize for the inconvenience. Since by design both bathrooms are vented through windows, they can’t be part of the air conditioned area. The condo is equipped with control system, present in many hotels. If a door or window stays opened longer than certain time period, the cooling stops and resumes after it’s closed. Besides its obvious energy waste reducing purpose, it actually helps the customers to keep constantly comfortable temperature in the living space. The bed spring issue comes to light for a first time. I’ve been using the condo several times after the reviewer’s departure, sleeping in the same bed for about a month totally, unaware of the problem. Can’t wait to go and check it more carefully. Our goal from the very beginning was to maximize the value to price ratio for our customers. I guess that’s what brings most people back - about 80% of our guests are repeating customers. I will join the reviewer in her advice – read the text and look carefully at the pictures, they are authentic :) And don’t be afraid to ask, if something is not clear. Mike

How do damage deposits work?

If Zdravko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
