This is the way to relax. With Ocean blue, inviting, see-through and enjoy my bottom, corals and fish water - we could not find a better place. A spacious apartment on the shore - one step more and it will be in the ocean - and this one step we were making about 10 times a day. Just first thing in the morning, before the coffee, then with the coffee cup left on the table near the swimming pool, then after the breakfast and on and on. In the day time a long water swim with mask along the corral riff, with fish. And then the evening on the balcony overlooking the ocean with the glass of wine and watching the ships passing by. The apartment space is quiet and inviting. Nothing excessive - we have everything we need and a space, which was an extension of Ocean. Totally enjoyable. Thank you.

Our family was very happy to spend a week in this condo. This condo offers an exellent relaxing for all generation. We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 small children (0,5 year and 2 years old). This condo does not have a sandy beach but has a very good access to the ocean. This ensures coralls, fishes for snorkling direct by the condo. The children could swimm in a pool with an ocean water. The condo was very good equiped, drinking water, TV cable,local cell phone,... The condo manager was always reachable and helpfull.

We have stayed in this condo both in Jan 2013 and april 2013 and it is the only way to travel. It is quiet, clean and very spacious!! It has very easy access to the ocean and a beautiful clean pool! We are not big fans of the touristy locations and we scuba and snorkel alot and this is definatly the place to be! Thanks everyone, Enjoy!

This spacious, relaxing condo overlooks the ocean & has excellent snorkelling. It's in a quiet location, close to the airport, with an easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores. It's also close to the local golf course. This is the fourth
year our family has stayed at the condo and we look forward to returning next year. -

Just spent six nights in this condo - and loved every minute of it. The condo is beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and has a great location. The views from the condo are spectacular. You can sit and watch the fishing boats and the cruise ships as they go by. The sunsets are gorgeous. There is plenty of room on the balcony to relax and have breakfast or lunch. Both bedrooms are huge. You have everything you will need for your stay. The pool was almost always empty - so you'll probably have it all to yourself. The pool is very well maintained. Snorkeling is easy, right in front of the condo. You can easily walk to town from the condo - and it's a very enjoyable walk. Taxi's to town usually cost us between $5 - $7. Everyone you meet along the way is super friendly. The other residents of the condo that we met were very welcoming and nice and full of helpful tips for our stay. It was a beautiful place to stay and Mike was always very responsive to any questions I had. Yazmin is always around, if there is anything you need during your stay. She's super nice too! Really beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at the Cozumel Sunset Condo two times in the past three years. The condo feels like a home away from home. It is clean, spacious, and stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable. It offers amazing views of the ocean by day and a fairy show of distant boat lights at night. The huge balcony has a big table which is great for having a meal or hanging out with friends. The snorkeling right in front of the property is great - tons of colorful fish, rays, crab. The owners are very helpful. Cozumel Sunset condo is a great place for a dream vacation.

We just got back from 12 day rental of this property and completely loved it. We were a little nervous about renting the condo from the internet without actually physically seeing it but were presently surprised. I can't believe how great of a condo with spectacular views you get for such a small price. The snorkeling in front of the condo is wonderful. We would go at least three times a day and then meet with other families around 5:30 to see the most amazing sunsets in the world.
The location is a little over a mile north from town in a quiet area close to the marina. We rented a small car to explore the island but it is a easy walk to town or short taxi ride. This area of the island is also well lit with sidewalks going all the way to town.
We will be back for sure and will definitely rent this condo again.

This was our second time to this condo. The location is incredible, the oceanfront views are simply amazing. Beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling right in front of the condo. The unit is sparkeling clean and Yazmin makes sure that everything is perfect. I would recommend this pace to anybody. It is really one of the best spots I have rented over the years.

My friend Carol and I vacationed at this magnificent place. One couldn't expect better location with pool and the ocean right in front of the condo. Every aspect of the apartment was designed to comfort with great taste for decoration details. All amenities necessary to relax and have fun were there. Carol and I had unforgettable vacation. We plan to come back.

A smaller condo building with friendly neighbors. Just a 30 minute walk to downtown Cozumel or sandy beaches. Great snorkeling off the coral in front of the condo property. Lovely palappas around the outdoor pool which provide shade.

I stayed in this ocean front condo with my family. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of space,great beds, very nice kitchen and magnificent view. The ocean is fabulous and is about 30 seconds away. It was one of my best vacations ever. Highly recommended!

There is a salt water pool downstairs with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a BBQ for a pool party. The snorkeling right in front of the property is great - tons of colorful fish, rays, crab. There is a salt water pool downstairs with lounge chairs for sunbathing and a BBQ for a pool party. The snorkeling right in front of the property is great - tons of colorful fish, rays, crab. The owners are very helpful. We have tried several restaurants, a massage therapist and a dive operator that they recommended and we were very happy with them. Cozumel Sunset condo is a hidden gem. The world has so many fascinating destinations to offer and yet every year we are drawn back to this place. We can't wait to go again this coming December and bring our 6mo old son on his first vacation!

This was our second visit to Cozumel. We were 3 couples total. The view, when we walked in the condo just took our breath. You could hear everyone exclaiming one after another how great it is. There is a swimming pool, which you see from the condo as well and the water is few steps away. We had an amazing time, would go back in a heart beat! Very clean, spacious, with full kitchen and appliances.
