on the ocean side of the main road, about five minutes taxi ride of Cozumel down town
and five minutes walking distance from the Marina.(Puerto de Abrigo)
Close enough to get to any restaurant or entertainment in town and far enough to enjoy the calm,the ocean view and the privacy of a wonderful snorkeling in our beach.

We just returned from 8 days at Condumel Condos. Sooo relaxing and beautiful. Having daily maid service...not just maid service, but real service...made it a great escape from the world of yuck. The weather was always in the high 70's or low 80's, perfect. The condo was spotless and clean. They also make it easy by providing a refrig full of food and drinks...you only pay for what you use and the price is almost the same as the super market...very easy!!!

Beautiful, quiet place, within walking distance from town. We have been staying here since the 80's. We used to stay for one week, but it's now up to two weeks.
Wonderful snorkeling right out front. Lots to see and do in town, and the manager, Sara, knows all about Cozumel, and eagerly helps with anything. The maids are great, and the fridge is stocked with Coke and Dos Equis at 75 cents a bottle. You can't match that price any where on your own.
There isn't a pool, but with the ocean at your door, who needs one?
You'd better book early because it has only 8 apartments and there are many of us regulars.
