The Residencias Reef Condominiums on Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel.
Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for beachcombers. There's also good snorkeling just off the beach. And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater infinity edge pool, plus the 2nd swimming pool is directly in front of building three.

We escaped with our family here. Nice to have kitchen and pool with a 3 year old. Everything that we needed was provided by the rental mgt company when we requested it. Residencias Reef is ideal for divers as you are very close to the dive locations and they can pick you up directly on the pier. (Saving you lots of travel, wait time and boat time!) We dove with Pancho at who gave us an excellent price. Plus, while everyone was being packed like sardines into the big resort tourist boats, we had a private pick up, boat and fantastic day on the reef. We saw 4 dolphins one day and 5 sharks the next! As a divemaster, this was one of my best dive vacations in quite awhile. Cozumel is always best.

Loved it as usual, been there 4 years in a row. The only thing worth mentioning is the hard rock bed in condo 7170 and, for that reason we will stay in a different condo next time (same resort)because it's just too uncomfortable. Other than that we love Residencias Reef!!!

Our entire family (7 adults, 1 toddler) spent 2 wonderful weeks in Palati Mou, there was almost too much room for us! Very quiet at night, lovely kitchen to cook in, our maid Genny was very sweet, pools were quiet and warm. Two weeks later we returned without kids and enjoyed a one bedroom in building 4. This one was on the ground floor, but again was nicely furnished, great bed, and we had a wonderful time. Already planning our return trip for next year!

This is oiur second stay at Residecias Reef. We love the property, and will be back for many more vacations. This year I had somehow booked the wrong dates and didn't realize till we got there. At home in Cozumel was amazing and my moment of panic was quickly dissapated by there prompt solution. Many thanks to Raul and the Florida office for making a potentially disastorous mistake on my part a minor blip in our vacation.

The only thing I would say about our condo would be some amenities would have been nice. No wine glasses, salt/pepper, spices for cooking (it is 9 miles from town). Also, the bed is as hard as a rock in condo #7170.

Great location, friendly staff, perfect getaway for couples and family especially if you are sick of the exorbaerant resort charges! Next to resorts so you get the resort benefit without restrictions! Endless beaches, resident iguanas, stingray right by the pier! Definitely would go back again! Bring you own beach towels and some extra blankets, though we never asked if they had extra, if you like to sleep surrounded by blankets like my husband! Internet connection was a bit temperamental, but you are on vacation and you don't need to pay a daily charge to use it, so not a big deal to us in the end! The wall safe didn't work at first and it was replaced by maintenance on our third day there, so again, not a big deal! All in all, great place for a great vacation!

The condo is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the location is excellent. HOWEVER, the bed is the worst ever experienced!!! It is like sleeping on a board. Unfortunately, due to the bed, we were ready to leave on the last day of our trip. I couldn't wait to get home and get decent night's sleep.

Very pretty & clean. Excellent accomodations. But, the dishwasher was not fully installed, so not functional. We were not able to use the phone based on directions provided. Internet in 7170 did not work. Javier arranged access via unit 7180.
