"Location, location, location." If these are the first three rules of business success, it certainly applies to choosing a condo in beautiful Cozumel. Located within walking distance of Punta Langosta Mall, the large groceries of Mega and Chedraui and the best restaurants and shopping of the main square, renters still experience the quiet of a friendly local neighborhood. A short taxi ride will take you to any of the beautiful beaches on the west side. As of this post, Sam's Club and (Walmart-owned) Bodega aurrera had just opened, ten minutes away.
The condo itself has tasteful Mexican decor with terra cotta tile flooring and tile throughout. The back door opens to a sunny, semi-private courtyard with a well-maintained, refreshing pool. Families of all sizes will appreciate the washer and dryer although laundry service is available right around the corner.
Owners Pawel and Margaret were very accommodating and easy to work with. Alex Franco is a well-informed and very helpful Mexican manager with a good command of English. He helped us get to a doctor when our daughter was sick and kindly stayed with us and translated. -

i rented this house at the last minit during spring break and i was very please all the things you need for a nice stay walking distance to the sqaure and the grocery stores i am a scuba instructor and i escort students to cozumel to do ther dive and i need for them to have a good time i will use this house again i am on trip advisor "gonesouthjohn"you may PM me with any questions
