Casa Sujey, located in the stunning Peninsula Grand Cozumel complex, is beautifully modern, spacious, and luxurious. This condo overlooks the Caribbean Sea on North Side of San Miguel, minutes from the airport, downtown San Miguel, and the island’s only golf course. The Northwest side of Cozumel is known for its easy-going atmosphere right on the pristine Caribbean Sea, convenient distance to downtown San Miguel where there are a plethora of shops and restaurants, and just a stone’s throw from the island’s only golf course and country club designed by the renowned golfer, Jack Nicklaus. While modern conveniences are just a short drive a...way, the privacy and seclusion of Casa Philip at the Peninsula Grand makes this condo so distinctive. Peninsula Grand is known for its sleek sophistication. A large, heated Infinity pool lined with palm trees and cushioned lounge chairs will help you slip into relation mode. The pool overlooks a spacious manmade beach with palapas, Spanish for natural, thatched umbrellas, for shade. Just off the side of the beach, an outdoor shower and dive/snorkeling rise off area is provided for days spent underwater, exploring the stunning array of sea life in Cozumel’s pristine waters. The property also offers a modern fitness center that overlooks the beach and Caribbean Sea with state-of-the art treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bikes. There is also a private massage room and sauna to melt away the stresses of everyday life. Casa Sujey has four bathrooms and three bedrooms, sleeping up to six people. The living room is spacious and has an open floor plan, linking the dining room and kitchen together, with large sliding glass doors and views of the Caribbean Sea. The dining room seats up to eight and the décor is bold and modern with dark wood, stainless steel, and brightly painted walls. There is even a separate office, apart from the main living/dining room, with a large desk, WiFi Internet, local and Vonage phone to catch up on work or a quiet nook to read. An in-suite washer and dryer offer families a chance to keep clothes and towels clean throughout the vacation. There is a balcony off the living room with modernly appointed furniture overlooking the azure waters, beach, and pool area below. Be sure to curl up with a good book on the balcony, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the magnificent Mexican sunset. Each of the four bathrooms have contemporary amenities, the master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, while the three bedrooms offer different bed configurations and layouts to satisfy the most choosiest of siblings: the master has one king bed (with stunning ocean view and balcony), there is a bedroom with a queen bed, and lastly two twin beds are in the final of the three bedrooms. Casa Sujey at Peninsula Grand offers a chance for couples, families, or singles to experience all Cozumel has to offer while vacationing in a safe and secure private, gated vacation community.   I have traveled and vacationed all over: Sardegna, Sicily, St. Thomas, Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica, Cancun but I absolutely love Cozumel. The apt was amazing we were 6 adults and each person had a room & bathroom.We also cooked many meals in the apt and made our own Christmas Eve Fish dinner.We went food shopping at Mega and purchased daily fruit,fresh bread, milk & used the washer/dryer.The apt also had a Vontage phone where we called the us a lot and used the internet. The staff at the building was very helpful and polite. We rented a jeep and traveled all over the island and made Playa Palacar our favorite beach. We also went snorkeling right outside the apt but the current was very strong so you must stay close to shore and wear a life vest. The people of Cozumel all speak very good English, especially if they work in a tourist related job and they are very eager to sell you their services and to help you out. But speaking Spanish always helped to get a better deal. The food on the island was amazing because beach bars had grilled seafood for a very reasonable price. We also went to the Tequilla factory and enjoyed a great sampling. Cozumel is different because the water is spectacular. You can go snorkeling anywhere on the island and see stingrays and tropical fish. The quality of the water compares to Sardegna or other places in the Mediterranean. The price of food and activities is much cheaper than other places such as St. Thomas and the Cozumelenos people are really happy that you are there, which is not what I had experienced in some other exotic Caribbean destinations. There is so much to do on the island that you do not even have to take the ferry. We were there for 10 days and were extremely busy.During Christmas, the downtown area had free concerts.If you are looking for a family atmosphere that is extremely safe and friendly, then consider Cozumel.I will for sure come back to Cozumel and hopefully stay in the same apartment.

  My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The condo was spacious and clean, and the views were incredible. The location was perfect for us. Town is only about 1.5-2 miles, so we either walked, or called a taxi. We rented a car for two days, so we could explore the island a bit, but other than that, we didn't feel a car was a necessity. Most of our time was spent by the pool or beach area, and everything was always very clean and well-maintained. And, of course, there was the stunning blue caribbean right in front of us, with fishing boats, cruise ships, and dolphins going by! The condo also has 24-hour security, valet parking, and a snack bar attendant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Casa Sujey was the perfect vacation spot for us, and we would definitely stay again!

  We stayed at this condo for 5 night in April 2010. The condo is very spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable staying. The view from the balcony is really amazing.
  It has a security guard 24 hrs. a day.
