Castaway Villa, located in the stunning Peninsula Grand Cozumel condominium complex, is beautifully modern, roomy, and luxurious. The condo has been recently updated with all new kitchen appliances and living room furniture.

This fifth-floor unit is right on the Caribbean Sea on the north side of the island, just minutes from the airport and downtown Cozumel.

The condo is truly a sight to behold. Floor-to-ceiling windows encircle the entire living space, and every room has a stellar view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The spacious patio is a perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee watching the cruise ships roll inor if you prefer to enjoy a late afternoon cocktail watching the incredible sunsets.

With 2,400 square feet of living space it can comfortably handle three couples, a family of six or a group of four singles for a buddies or girls trip.

Castaway Villa is located within the secure Peninsula Grand community. Great care has been taken to ensure that every condo resident and visitor has unlimited access to a wide range of amenities.

The condo features three large bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, large closets and a separate air conditioning unit to control the temperature in each living space. There is a fourth bathroom with full walk in shower as well if needed.

The master suite, with its private patio providing a stunning ocean view, features a king-sized bed, plus a large delightful ensuite featuring dual sinks. The second of three bedrooms has a queen-size bed while the third bedroom includes two single beds, each with modern décor and sophisticated touches.

The large, heated infinity pool lined with palm trees and cushioned lounge chairs will help you slip into relaxation mode. The pool overlooks a spacious man-made beach just above the ocean, complete with several beach chairs and palapas when you need a little break from the sun.

The outdoor beach area also features a full-time chef that can mix you a drink, prepare a light lunch or an upscale dinner to be enjoyed just steps from the ocean.

Our property manager is available to help with any activities including a massage by the ocean, a snorkelling trip or any other of the several day trips or excursions offered in Cozumel or Playa Del Carmen.

Castaway Villa is ideally located too. It’s only minutes from the airport and a decent stroll away from downtown Cozumel, where the waterfront promenade overflows with restaurants, bars, high-end stores, local vendors and artisans, duty-free shops, and tourists from every corner of the globe. This is also where the cruise ships disembark, the ferry boat makes regularly scheduled trips to and from Playa del Carmen.

No need to rent a car as taxis are readily available to take you to town for 85 pesos or $5 each way.
