Despite an unseasonably cold spring break in Cozumel this year 2013 (we actually missed 2 days diving because of a "Norte"), our time was beautiful at Villa Cozumel Sol. We were able to snorkel and sunbathe at the pool of this very well managed location. The fantastic care amber and Rodrigo provided made this the easiest visit of the 6 or 7 trips we've made to Mexico's finest dive island.
First amber and Rodrigo met us at the air port and provided transportation for a couple of big bags our cheapo rental cars couldn't manage. The got us situated into the villa and checked on us throughout our stay. Though we could've made the trip back to the airport on our own, Rodrigo lost some beauty sleep Saturday morning bringing our oversized luggage back to the airport.
Villa Cozumel Sol just has to be seen to be believed. High ceilings, 4 separate sleeping bedrooms (the one upstairs has 2 murphy beds that in a pinch could sleep 2 each (if you like each other alot). A bathroom and shower upstairs served that bedroom. The pool table made a hit with the 6 college kids we brought. The 3 downstairs bedrooms were clean, well appointed and had bathrooms with showers with nice water pressure and heat. The living area downstairs was huge with a great kitchen (complete with microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher and fridge) didn't need to buy any pots/pans/dishes or silver - there was a full component. If we didn't enjoy going grocery shopping in Mexico so much, Amber and Rodrigo offered to pick up all the groceries for a very reasonable cost.

This home was our second rental in this community. We love the privacy of the beach and easy access to diving. Our family of 10 really enjoyed the the pool, beach and pier and the beautiful sunsets every night. Amber and Rodrigo checked in with us daily to make sure we were happy and things were running smoothly. The house is located close to the pier and our dive boat picked us up twice a day for diving. We used alberto with El Pulpo Diving for the second year in a row. All 10 members of the family were divers with two of them being new to the experience. The whole week with our family was fun and relaxing and we will definitely return here in the future.

After leaving Cozumel, we all agreed that the 10 days spent in Cozumel Sol was the most perfect vacation that our family has ever had! When you make arrangements on-line, you're never quite sure of what you will be getting. But, everything about the home, the amenities, and the service were just as described and seen prior to our arrival.
The owner, Carrie, could not have been more helpful with setting up the rental and providing us with all the property details. My sister had even made a mistake on her family's flights and Carrie offered to let them stay in the home with her family prior to the rental date.
And amber and Rodrigo, the property management team, were terrific!! Amber met us at the airport to ensure we arrived safely; they provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and shopping, and...helped us with any and all arrangements for car rentals, chef services, and tours while we were in Cozumel! We spent my daughter's 15th birthday at Cozumel Sol, and amber arranged for her to have a beautiful tres leches cake--the most decadent, moist, cake ever.
While there we also enjoyed 3 meals prepared by the chef, Filo! Cooking for 5 or 12--it did not matter, the food was plentiful & wonderful! He bought the food, prepared the appetizers and dinner, and then cleanup up afterwards--he was truly a gift for those who usually cook!
I cannot say anything other than, this was perfection! And thank you!

The place was even better than the awesome photos. The place is huge. Upper deck looks out over the pool to the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Two families of 4 fit w/ room to spare!! Roped of swim area in the ocean is terrific for snorkeling especially for kids. Rodrigo and amber were extremely accomodating with everything - great people. Amber met us at the airport and we followed her back in a rental car. She even found us beer on the way back!! We will definitely be back.

There were two families staying in the house with two children each. Amber met us at the airport and assisted with the car rentals. She then escorted us to the house. It was amazing. This home is better than the pictures online and everyone had already picked out their rooms before we arrived. This house is great for families with children. The close proximity to the pool and beach were great.
We snorkeled everyday and several went on a diving excurision that picked up right at the pier. Our children enjoyed the property very much.
This property is gated and is very safe. We did not lock our house even when we left for the day or night.
Amber and Rodrigo attended to our every want and need. They were available 24/7. Thank you for making our vacation relaxing and care-free.

We stayed in the Villa Cozumel Sol with 4 adults and 3 children ages 3,5 & 8. The home was beautiful and was suited for children and adults. We used the Chef Service for our Breakfast & Dinners. The Chef arrived at 7:00 am (our time choice) to prepare the breakfast we requested and a boat picked us up on the pier right outside the house to go scuba diving. We lounged around the beach, pool and house in the afternoons & at 6:00 pm (our time choice) the Chef arrived to prepare the meal we chose. We had the luxury of a beautiful, spacious home, but between the Chef & maid service we felt very pampered! We will definitely do this again! I would recommend this to anyone that wants the five star experience! The food was excellent, the accommodations were excellent and it was a wonderful vacation we will be talking about for years!

We enjoyed our stay at Cozumel Sol, the house was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our three children and another family of four that traveled with us. Amber and Rodrigo (the caretakers) were there to welcome us, with our refrigerator stocked! They also helped us with our excursions. The beach out front is amazing and perfect for children to swim in. We had a blast jumping off the private pier!

This is the third time that we rented in this community. The first house was 3 bedrooms, right on the water and was fantastic. The second year we rented a four bedroom, but it was close to the guard/gate. We didn't like the location. The weather was also unseasonably cold.
This year we rented another four bedroom much closer to the water. It is basically the same layout as last years house, but much better situated and the furniture more comfortable. The weather was also great. We went with another family and the house easily accomodated all of us. We went scuba diving just about everyday with Scuba Mau ( Who I highly recommend). Over all, It was a great vacation and we very much enjoyed the house -

There were 7 adults and 2 children, ages (6 & 4), who stayed at Cozumel Sol during December, 2010. The whole rental process from start to finish was excellent. The house was perfect for us, and had everything that we needed. All questions and situtations were handeled excellently by Rodrigo of the Property Management Company. He helped us with shopping , arranging dinners and anything else that we needed. The only negative thing was that the hot tub was not working properly and the pool is not heated, so it was very cold for the kids to swim for any length of time. This was a wonderful family vacation and we can't wait to do it agian!

A client asked me to put together a birthday celebration for his wife for her 50th, escort the group and make it an adventure they wouldn't forget. The house is lovely and was perfect for 8 people, though could accomodate more. Rodrigo met us and went thru any questions we had. Before arriving I had sent down a grocery list and everything was already in the house waiting for us and he later went and got a birthday cake for us as well. He drew maps for us and recommended places to eat and shop. He was the perfect host for us. The house is well maintained and has everything you would need for a weeks stay. Loved having the privacy of a home with all the amenities including internet! We loved snorkeling in front of the house. The hot tub and pool are great. The location is perfect. We had our dive instructor, Martin pick us up right from the dock in front of the house 2 days for scuba diving and snorkeling. And we had the chef come to the house twice to prepare meals. Went to Playa for Coba Ruins tour, Atv's and zipline's, and swimming in the Cenotes. Perfect Vacation and planning another adventure trip already for 2011!

Our entire extended family (12) had a wonderful time. Our ages ranged from 2-76 years. Everyone enjoyed our stay at Cozumel Sol. We have been telling everyone we know about our awesome vacation. We would recommend very highly and plan to return when the opportunity comes again. We didn't want to leave. We love our home away from home in Cozumel. Our grandkids told us, "Grandpa and Grandma thank you so much for buying the house in Cozumel for us." I didn't have the heart to tell them that we were only renting it for a week. We will be back. We have many great photographs and memories of Cozumel Sol. Thank you so much.

We had three diffeent families staying at the house for a wedding, and it worked out great. The facilities and staff were very helpful. With ages from 65 to 4, there was plenty activities for everyone.
