This is the second year in a row we have spent our vacation at Villa Martini. This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxed beachfront vacation. The villa has all the amenities you could ever want from a beautiful upscale interior and fully loaded kitchen to the high-tech features of the home theater/sound system/internet access. The location is wonderful. Take a few steps out the front door to the ocean or the pool or the hot tub. We watched the sunset each night right from the patio.
Amber & Rodrigo of Your Cozumel, were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made our vacations worry-free and have spoiled us. If we had a need or want, we would call or email and it was done. Your Cozumel is a first class company that goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect.
We recommend Villa Martini and Your Cozumel if you want a perfect vacation.

Villa Martini is absolutely beautiful! It's by far the best house in Costa del Sol! The views from the main living area are spectacular, especially at sunset! The home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is especially nice, and we really enjoyed the dinners prepared by our chef, Filo! One of the best features of the home is the surround sound and outdoor speakers. There is a computer with an amazing selection of music to choose from, or you can put your iPod in a dock and listen to your own music. It was fairly quiet the week we were there, and we felt like we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Amber and Rodrigo were attentive to our every need, and even helped us transport our luggage to the airport when it wouldn't fit in our rental car.
The best comment I can make is that we are already planning to return as soon as possible! Don't hesitate - stay at Villa Martini!

My husband and I have been coming to Villa Martini for the last 4 years...we love it! The service that we receive from amber & Rodrigo (the property managers) is top-notch; they are very attentive to our needs and check-in regularly to ensure that our vacation is going smoothly. In addition, there is a wonderful housekeeping staff that comes daily, ensuring that the house is always clean and that the linens are being laundered. The house is appointed with modern and comfortable furniture, and the kitchen has every piece of gourmet cookware and appliances that you could imagine. There are floor to ceiling windows in the main living area that look directly out onto the beach and ocean...it's an ocean front home with million dollar views! The evening sunsets are not to be missed, and the private dock is perfect for those that want to be picked up and dropped off by the dive boats, fishing boats, etc. For us, the best part is the in-house entertainment system; the house is wired for home theater sound inside and out, you can bring your own i-Pod and hook it right into the main computer system, or you can listen to the music from the owner's person i-Tunes library. There is also a Wi-Fi connection in case you want to keep in touch with e-mails, etc. while there. The house is situated right next to the pool - it has the prime location on the property. We will definitely be back!

This was a new built home, very modern, very clean, wonderful view, this property was on the edge of the group of homes, nearest the pool, dock and ocean, Amber and Rodrigo managed everything and answered all our questions, gave us suggestions for restaurants, fishing tour and car rental. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, relaxed, perfect pool for children, shallow at one end with wall/waterflow over, so our teens got a kick out of it, hot tub a few feet from this home, felt safe, you may want to rent a car for the week, we only rented for a day to tour the other side of the island, but we needed to get groceries and go to dinner and its 15 each way into town, if you need to drive a lot you'll need a car, we heard the taxi would cost over 100 to tour other side of the island so we splurged and got a car for one day, saving us that cost, and the cost of going to town 2x. we used the chef one night, it was good food. fun to stay in and relax. We couldn't have asked for more, felt very spoiled on vacation. Temperature was about 80-90. humid. All 4 of us wound up getting GI problems our son got it there, the rest of us when we got home. We don't know for sure what we ate wrong, but suspect lettuce we got salads in town a couple times. But our son didn't eat those, he had un-well done burger one night. the home has all purified water, we drank the water there and ate the ice there, and trusted it, we're pretty sure it was in town where something wasn't washed right that we ate. We have a dive guide we would recommend, he will come to the dock to pick you up, personized attention, 6 person maxium. ScubaTony. You will have the use of a USa phone, washer, plenty of towels, If you stay at Villa Martini you will feel very well taken care of. You'll be satisfied, don't eat uncooked vegetables. Enjoy. We didn't want to come home. Amber and Rodrigo will answer all your questions through prompt email before you go, they are wonderful.

This was my/our 8th trip to the island and it could not have been more perfect! Amber and Rodrigo took wonderful care of all details of our trip. Rodrigo met us at the airport and made the whole airport shuttle experience the smoothest I'd ever been through. Amber had our house fully stocked and a surprise birthday decoration was awaiting - my friends had arranged this with her ahead of time. Throughout our stay both amber and Rodrigo were right there if we needed literally anything. This was by far by best most relaxing stay on Cozumel Island, I will be booking this same vacation again for next year!

Excellent service -Rodrigo and amber quickly responded to requests - they are definite assests to your company. They were a pleaseure to work with. Both of the guards were very visible and courteous - we had more interaction with Emanuel - he went the extra mile for us.The villa was Outstanding-ambiance and luxury, great floor plan, flat screen Tv's in each bedrm and living rm, satellite TV, excellent sound system and wirless top\of the line appliances and kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, glasses etc. the location was perfect! The lot faces west with unobstructed view of ocean (great sunsets), and about 5 yds from pool and pier. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and secured. Villa Martini stocked floating devices for pool/ocean use, rafts, boggie boards and tubes, playing cards, games, books.-, DVD movies. The property is close to Chankanaab Nat'l.Park.The thing we liked best was the entire setup and having an option to have a chef come in and fix dinner for us and clean up - menu to chose from and very reasonable.
The thing we liked the least was unable to stay for another week!

Five family members, ranging from a teenager to grandparents, stayed in this home. The house is wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Three of us are divers and the convenience of pickup from the property pier could not be better. What has made this property a return destination for our family is the management. Rodrigo has made the ease of our stay exceptional!
