Casa Feliz is in front of the Caribbean Sea, located on the old highway just 15 minutes south of town. Wake up every morning with the most beautiful view of the sea. The rooftop terrace is the best location for the sunset every evening. Snorkeling is just outside the front door. Take daily walks along the old highway and enjoy the view of mother nature at it's finest. Chankanaab Park is walking distance as well as reef Dzul-Ha. These are some of the BEST snorkel locations accessible by shore.....all with in walking distance from the house. The Marina "Caleta" is just a short distance away, from here you take your boats for diving or fishing. There are a few restaurants and bars to walk to as well. Transportation to house is either by Shuttle van from airport, Taxi from Ferry or a Rental Car. Parking is available in front of the house.

This is a beautiful home, well maintained and an amazing place to spend time. Its very private but yet next to a great place to enjoy a mid-afternoon margarita and delicious tacos. The property management company is amazing. We loved Kelly and Ian and they absolutely enhanced our stay. They made sure we knew were everything was and were so helpful on the one day of bad weather. This is worth every penny and we would return in a heartbeat. And every photo is exactly how beautiful it is.

Fabulous stay at a wonderful location just far enough from town and not too far...very relaxing yet able to get to anywhere in a matter of minutes. The views were breathtaking, service from next door restaurant was incredible and Cozumel Rocks Concierge was the best ever!They took care of us on every matter. A "must stay" place for your Carribean Sea experience in Cozumel!

This home has everything you need to exceed your dreams! We loved it, and can't wait to return! The BBQ Kitchen on the main floor is state-of-art, making entertaining a joy! The pool and spa were perfect, there was even a volleyball which made an exciting Olympic tournament. Just steps away from amazing snorkeling, and some incredible local cuisine. (They even deliver and pick up!) The beds were extremely comfortable, no one had a bad night's sleep. The upstairs kitchen was perfect for us, and has everything you could need. Great water pressure in showers, and very soft towels. We loved that we all had our own little suites and private bathrooms. We sat many nights around the roof top bar, enjoying the stars and listening to the waves! So peaceful!. Close enough to town, but just far enough away you are not bother by it. Having our own home, we were able to explore the island, have adventures, and still go "home". Casa Feliz feels like home the moment you walk through the doors. We will definitely stay there again! Kelli and Cozumel Rocks were so accommodating, and knowledgeable about everything! The rental car location she recommended was perfect, along with recommendations on where to shop, eat and have cocktails! Thanks for making our trip the trip of a lifetime!

Arrived to Casa Feliz, where food and cocktails awaited us! Wonderful, relaxing massages and a private dinner were also arranged for us. We enjoyed playing water volleyball in the private pool. The house is beautiful, with stunning views!
Absolutely loved this vacation, can't wait to return! -

This is a super place for a family vacation or four couples. It's private, no hotel guests to contend with; best view on the island and located right in the middle of everything you want to see or do. A beautiful pool to relax with outdoor grilling accessories second to none. Inside kitchen has all the amenities. 4BR 4Bath, each one provides privacy. Large living area with WiFi, computer, phone, everything at your fingertips. Kelly and the owners have outdone themselves. You won't regret choosing this home.

The first time my husband & I visited Casa Feliz, it became our favorite vacation getaway. It offers relaxation in a luxurious setting, with plenty of activity available. Being able to walk out the front door to snorkel while a couple of our friends played in the pool or rested in the hammocks, made it easy to meet everyone's expectations. Morning coffee on the balcony / patio, looking at Caribbean watching the dive and fishing boats go out was awesome. The Casa Feliz accommodations were as good as any 4-star hotel I've visited. Having a local Cantina next door was an added bonus. We love the outdoor kitchen and the fact that all bedrooms have a private bath. We are looking forward to our next visit.

All the amenities that one would want on a vacation! All the bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, and private baths. The water purification system in the house took all worries away. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, pool volleyball, outdoor kitchen for grilling, evenings on the rooftop patio and walking across the street for snorkeling. The scuba shop and dive boat are just 2 blocks away! The margarita's from the restaurant next door is an added bonus! We just love Casa Feliz!!

Have stayed there on 3 occasions and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Cozumel. It allows complete privacy for 4 couples, and the spacious common areas are fabulous. We were there for scuba diving and easily arranged to be picked up right across the road - which is all that separates the property from the ocean. It is a few miles from downtown, but with two great restaurants within walking distance, who cares?

What a beautiful place Casa Feliz is! I visited with a few great friends and had a wonderful time. Nice size, private rooms with private baths allow you to escape at night or anytime. Large living/gathering area for watching TV, playing games or connecting with your friends back in the USa.
There is a large kitchen area inside and an outdoor kitchen for those relaxing poolside meals. The bar next door has wonderful food and the best Margarita's in Cozumel! In fact, just take the pitcher from the kitchen and they fill if right up for you! Beware...they pack a punch!
The pool is beautiful. Great for relaxing or a competative game of water volleyball.
The best place to see the amazing sunset is on the roof! Stair access makes this nightly treat possible.
I highly recommend Casa Feliz! Have fun! -

My wife & I have stayed here twice and hope to do so again. The home is so well appointed and comfortable. Very well taken care, too. Excellent snorkling is straight out the front...and that's a fact. Some of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen were from the rooftop patio. For a restful, peaceful vacation it is unbeatable.

We weren't sure what to expect by staying in a house vs. hotel/condo, and which one to choose, but we were totally amazed with our experience at Casa Feliz. This would be great for a large family or group of friends. Also has handicap access for those in need. Four separate bedroom suites (all with private bed and bath area) allow for privacy. The view was incredible...you can walk right out of the front door and snorkle. The wonderful mexican restaurant next door made it extremely convenient. Everything from the 3rd floor open terace area with bar,to the pool and spa, complete with water volleyball and full outdoor kithchen. I would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be going back soon!!
